#Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett on TE Trey McBride’s frustration and whether it’s related to being double-teamed: “Yeah, it was about the double-team stuff. I had to bring the tablet over, and I’m like, ‘Look, bro, I don’t know what you want. I can’t force that in and put the team in jeopardy.’ He understands that. It’s the competitor in him.”

#Cardinals OC Nathaniel Hackett on teams double-teaming both Trey McBride and Michael Wilson: “That was pretty unique. The closest thing I ever saw was vs. the Ravens with Davante Adams, and I think there were, like, two to three guys on him the whole time. We just have to keep scheming it, keep teaching guys even how to get open versus double coverage—all kinds of stuff. But yeah, it was fascinating.”

#Cardinals HC Mike LaFleur on how he’ll deploy his running backs: “If Steph Curry’s on fire, and he’s supposed to get his sub, you’re not taking the hot hand out. And that’s kinda the same approach you end up taking with a back. A back — just like a basketball player, or any football player — can get into a rhythm. It’s like, just keep giving him the football. Like, he’s just feelin’ it right now.”

Hilarious: #Cardinals RB Jeremiyah Love played a game on St. Brown Podcast where he had to identify NFL players... He couldn’t get Jared Goff to start. At the end, he admits he actually has no idea who Jared Goff is. “He’s a QB? Was he good...? He’s on your team right now?!” 💀
