They have asked for a preliminary hearing within the 10 days as required by statute, if defense doesn't waive. "..we would like to be able to have the evidence come into the light of day at the earliest opportunity .." #DavidBurke That date is set for April 23.

#D4VD gets into a high-speed police chase before being under investigation after the body of 15-year-old #CelesteRivas was found in his impounded Tesla on Sept. 8. Police estimated the body was placed in the trunk of the car about five days before it was impounded from a neighbourhood in the Hollywood Hills. Investigators found the body wrapped inside a bag, All Teslas are equipped with 360-degree cameras that continually record to a USB storage device plugged into a port in the glove box. Is there evidence of who put her in the trunk? Here is a portion of the police chase with his song, which I think is good, but was never released in March 2025. Guess we will have to see what unfolds in all of this. Sadly, though a life was lost whose was beginning.

#BREAKING : A source close to #CelesteRivasHernandez mother told a news media outlet that the family had been aware of her involvement with David Burke, known professionally as #d4vd The source expressed deep concern over how authorities handled the situation: “I still don’t know a lot, but I don’t understand why the police didn’t do more. For a period, Celeste came back home by herself and stayed with her mom, but the police weren’t involved. Why didn’t they ask her, ‘Where were you? Are you okay?’ I don’t know exactly when she returned, but then she disappeared again and went back to him.” The same source also revealed troubling interference in the family’s search efforts. According to them, someone reached out to Celeste’s mother directly, urging her to stop looking. “I know someone called her mom and said, ‘Stop looking for her, she’s fine.’ They told the family to take down the social media posts about her being missing,” the source claimed. In the wake of the investigation, D4vd’s scheduled performance in San Francisco on Friday was marked as canceled on the venue’s website. His planned Los Angeles show on Saturday, previously listed on Ticketmaster, has also been removed. Additionally, a sold-out appearance at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, set for Wednesday, was taken down from the venue’s website. It seems his career is already declining and people not wanting to be involved with him.
