Bend, Oregon School shooting It was a grade school...again. The weakest and most vulnerable kids studied, played, and were supposed to be safe there. Silver Rail Elementary joins the likes of Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, Cleveland Elementary School in Stockton, California, and Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Idaho 4 Bryan Kohberger hearing update. No hearing to today. Judge Hippler canceled it. To be clear, this is not unusual. Hearing scheduled far in advance of the date are often postponed. BK wants Judge Hippler off the case when it comes to his appeal. It makes sense. Expect new hearing dates as BK has alot up his sleeve. He always planned this, IMO. That's why he never gave details about his crime. He will continue to dump his former attorney Ann Taylor in the grease because that is his only hope for a new trial. Lindsay Clancy I was so disappointed in Dr. Resnick's testimony. This is why. 1 - His age. He is 88 and while he seemed lucid of course, he seemed confused about where he conducted the interview. He said Duxbury and the defense attorney had to lead him that is was conducted in Tewksbury. He wasn't even well enough to travel to testify. 2 - He didn't interview Lindsay until 4 months after the murders. How in the World could he evaluate her mental state from January when he talked to her in May and for only 3 hours. 3 - Lindsay was medicated when he interviewed her. ** You can't interview someone who is medicated and rely on the results...Ever. a court won't even take a plea from a medicated person. The balance of justice for Callan, Dawson, and Cora can't be in relying on statements from a medicated woman who killed her kids months an interview. Plus, the voices assertion came up after the crime, not before. 4 - He Never spoke with her husband, only her parents and for less than 2 hours. She didn't live with her parents. We don't know the specifics regarding Kris Boyd being shot. Boyd currently plays for the Jets; formerly played for the Houston Texans. Huge football fan here. Certainly praying Boyd survives and can go back to playing football at some point. Boyd was shot in the abdomen at 2 AM in the Garment District in New York. They call it the witching hour, and nothing good happens in the witching hour. I posted this video about Boyd last year right after it happened. Tepe double murder investigation: "Detectives believe the murder of Mr. and Mrs. Tepe occurred sometime between 2:00 and 5:00 a.m. on the morning of December 30th in the upstairs of their residence." At 10:03 a.m., a friend of the Tepe's made a 911 call & reported he looked through a window and saw Spencer Tepe's body by a bed. How did the friend see the Dr. Tepe's body on the second floor, unless, LE is designating the floor above the basement as the second floor? Their building had 4 bedrooms. Definitely confused messaging because if the Tepe's were truly upstairs on the 2nd floor, how could anyone peer in and see Dr. Tepe's deceased body? For those who may be wondering, normal law enforcement personnel don't stand and accept praise for doing their job, especially when how the job was done resulted in a second murder. 3 are dead and Mayor Smiley and Chief Perez are literally smiling and bowing. You will not see street FBI agent doing anything like this. I guarantee the FBI is relieved that a homeless good Samaritan came forward to make the case. I know this has been planned, but for mercy sakes, has our US/Tennessee government noticed that Tennessee is in crisis? Postpone their deployment until our great state of Tennessee is not in shambles. This galls me, quite frankly. This airforce serviceman passed away from his injuries. He was performing in a demonstration in advance of the University of Texas - San Antonio football game. Update: Abby Zwerner case Below is the released footage of the 6 YO right after he shot Abby. As a reminder: *Abby still suffers with physical issues. *The vice principle was charged criminally, but not convicted for her negligence related to the shooting. *Abby was awarded $10 million for the failures by the vice principle. *6 YO (JT) was taken away from the mother, Deja Taylor, and is with relatives. JT was never charged due to his age. *JT's mother was charged federally with gun/drug charges and locally with child neglect charges. She served 4 years and is out now. Prediction: We will see JT again in the criminal justice system thanks to how his disgraceful mother raised him. Kids aren't born wanting to kill. They are abused and suffer great emotional damage that is almost impossible to reverse based on my experience working gangs. #AbbyZwerner #Schoolshooting

I would argue that the man has been teetering on losing touch with reality for a long time. Drugs likely, from what I see. It was literally Senior Night at a highschool hockey game- That's when Robert Dorgan decided to kill his wife, his child, himself and attempted to kill his other child who is in the hospital.
