Lindsay Clancy I was so disappointed in Dr. Resnick's testimony. This is why. 1 - His age. He is 88 and while he seemed lucid of course, he seemed confused about where he conducted the interview. He said Duxbury and the defense attorney had to lead him that is was conducted in Tewksbury. He wasn't even well enough to travel to testify. 2 - He didn't interview Lindsay until 4 months after the murders. How in the World could he evaluate her mental state from January when he talked to her in May and for only 3 hours. 3 - Lindsay was medicated when he interviewed her. ** You can't interview someone who is medicated and rely on the results...Ever. a court won't even take a plea from a medicated person. The balance of justice for Callan, Dawson, and Cora can't be in relying on statements from a medicated woman who killed her kids months an interview. Plus, the voices assertion came up after the crime, not before. 4 - He Never spoke with her husband, only her parents and for less than 2 hours. She didn't live with her parents. Her husband would have been the best one to know her statement of mind leading up to the occurrence. ** I wonder why he didn't interview Patrick. I would argue that the man has been teetering on losing touch with reality for a long time. Drugs likely, from what I see.
