From #D4vd defense at today's hearing: "We believe the actual evidence will show David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez nor was he the cause of her death." They have asked for a preliminary hearing within the 10 days as required by statute, if defense doesn't waive. "..we would like to be able to have the evidence come into the light of day at the earliest opportunity .." #DavidBurke That date is set for April 23.

#D4VD gets into a high-speed police chase before being under investigation after the body of 15-year-old #CelesteRivas was found in his impounded Tesla on Sept. 8. Police estimated the body was placed in the trunk of the car about five days before it was impounded from a neighbourhood in the Hollywood Hills. Investigators found the body wrapped inside a bag, All Teslas are equipped with 360-degree cameras that continually record to a USB storage device plugged into a port in the glove box. Is there evidence of who put her in the trunk? Here is a portion of the police chase with his song, which I think is good, but was never released in March 2025. Guess we will have to see what unfolds in all of this. Sadly, though a life was lost whose was beginning.

#d4vd is pure devil— they way he sits on a podcast a few days after allegedly murdering #CelesteRivasHernandez within a 20 minute frame of her arrival at his house, is insane to me. This interview shows what we need to know about a person like him; a pedo, a narcissist that shows no remorse whatsoever. Acting like nothing barbaric happened. The same detached demeanor he displayed throughout the preliminary hearing, according to courtroom reporting. This monster was described to showed little to no visible emotion during the preliminary hearing, even as prosecutors presented graphic crime scene photos and other disturbing evidence related to #CelesteRivas Reporters described him as: ⛳️Impassive and expressionless throughout much of the hearing. ⛳️Showing no visible reaction when graphic images and evidence were displayed. ⛳️Remaining composed while Celeste’s family became visibly emotional, with her mother crying during portions of the testimony. #JusticeForCelesteRivasHernandez
