Tenders were formulated. Announcements were made. Nothing moved. Now that redevelopment is finally underway, the loudest voices are not offering constructive solutions—they are offering conspiracy theories. At #AgendaAajTak, Pranav Adani described a people-first approach that corrects the single biggest failure of past urban projects: residents were asked to trust the process without security. That mistake is now being reversed. Opponents argue that redevelopment will harm residents, yet they remain silent on a basic question: What was the alternative for the last 40 years? Unsafe housing.
