تقرير هام حول #التهجير_القسري في سوريا – استهداف #الطائفة_العلوية_الكريمة Important Report on Forced #Displacement in #Syria – Targeting the Honorable #Alawite Community تشهد مناطق عدة في سوريا موجة تصاعدية من التهجير القسري، طالت أكثر من 12 قرية، معظمها من القرى التي تقطنها الطائفة العلوية الكريمة. تأتي هذه الحملة في انتهاك صارخ للقوانين الدولية والمبادئ الوطنية، وسط صمت مريب وتواطؤ غير معلن. أبرز الممارسات والانتهاكات: الاستيلاء المنظم على الأراضي والقرى يتم عبر استخدام أدوات الضغط الأمني والسياسي لإجبار السكان الأصليين على ترك منازلهم وأراضيهم. تسويق عروض استثمارية ظالمة تُعرض على السكان على أنها مشاريع تنموية، لكنها تُستخدم كأدوات للسيطرة على الأراضي وطرد الأهالي بذرائع اقتصادية. تزوير وإلغاء عقود الملكية تُفبرك عقود بيع وهمية، أو تُلغى العقود الأصلية بحجج واهية، لتجريد السكان من حقوقهم القانونية. الجهات المسؤولة: أبو اليمان شخصية محورية تمثل ما يُعرف بـ" #الجولاني"، ويُعد من أبرز المسؤولين عن تنفيذ عمليات التهجير الممنهجة. شركة الاكتفاء تلعب دور الشريك الاقتصادي في الجريمة، حيث تُستخدم كواجهة استثمارية لتبرير عمليات الاستيلاء وتشريعها. شبكة من التجار تم استقطابهم بعروض تقسيم مجحفة: ٤٠٪ للتاجر و٦٠٪ لعصابة الجولاني، مع إغفال تام لحق صاحب الأرض، حيث تُعتبر الأرض "غنيمة"، في تجاهل صارخ للملكية الخاصة والعدالة. الآثار الاجتماعية والسياسية: تفكيك البنية الاجتماعية للقرى المستهدفة ما يؤدي إلى انهيار شبكات الدعم المجتمعي وانتشار الفقر والنزوح. زرع الفتنة والانقسام الطائفي والمناطقي وهو ما يشكل تهديداً صريحاً للسلم الأهلي والوحدة الوطنية. تقويض أي أمل في المصالحة الوطنية الشاملة إذ يُسهم هذا النوع من الجرائم في تعميق الانقسام وإدامة حالة الصراع. Important Report on Forced Displacement in Syria – Targeting the Honorable Alawite Community Several regions in Syria are witnessing a growing wave of forced displacement affecting more than 12 villages, most of which are inhabited by members of the honorable Alawite community. This campaign constitutes a blatant violation of international laws and national principles amid suspicious silence and undeclared complicity. Key Practices and Violations: Organized Land and Village Seizure: Security and political pressure are being used to force original residents to abandon their homes and lands. Unjust Investment Offers: These are marketed to locals as development projects but are, in reality, tools for land control and the expulsion of residents under economic pretenses. Forgery and Cancellation of Property Contracts: Fake sales contracts are fabricated, or original ownership documents are annulled under flimsy pretexts, stripping residents of their legal rights. Responsible Entities: Abu al-Yaman: A key figure associated with the so-called “#alJolani ” is considered one of the main architects of the systematic displacement operations. Al-Iktifa Company: Acts as an economic partner in the crime, serving as an investment front to legitimize and facilitate land seizures. A Network of Traders: Lured in with unfair profit-sharing deals—40% for the trader and 60% for the Jolani gang—while completely disregarding the rightful landowners, treating the land as “spoils” in blatant disregard for private property and justice. Social and Political Impacts: Dismantling the Social Fabric of Targeted Villages: Leading to the collapse of community support systems, increased poverty, and displacement. Sowing Sectarian and Regional Division: Posing a direct threat to civil peace and national unity. Undermining Any Hope for Comprehensive National Reconciliation: Such crimes deepen divisions and perpetuate the cycle of conflict.
