🚀 Announcing Echo — our new frontier model for 3D world generation. Echo turns a simple text prompt or image into a fully explorable, 3D-consistent world. Instead of disconnected views, the result is a single, coherent spatial representation you can move through freely. This is part of a bigger shift in AI: from generating pixels and tokens to generating spaces. Echo predicts a geometry-grounded 3D scene at metric scale, meaning every novel view, depth map, and interaction comes from the same underlying world — not independent hallucinations. Once generated, the world is interactive in real time. You control the camera, explore from any angle, and render instantly — even on low-end hardware, directly in the browser. High-quality 3D world exploration is no longer gated by expensive equipment. Under the hood, Echo infers a physically grounded 3D representation and converts it into a renderable format. For our web demo, we use 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) for fast, GPU-friendly rendering — but the representation itself is flexible and can be easily adapted. Why this matters: consistent 3D worlds unlock real workflows — digital twins, 3D design, game environments, robotics simulation, and more. From a single photo or a line of text, Echo builds worlds that are reliable, editable, and spatially faithful. Echo also enables scene editing and restyling. Change materials, remove or add objects, explore design variations — all while preserving global 3D consistency. Editing no longer breaks the world. This is only the beginning. Echo is the foundation for future world models with dynamics, physical reasoning, and richer interaction — environments that don’t just look right, but behave right. Explore the generated worlds on our website and sign up for the closed beta. The era of spatial intelligence starts here. 🌍 #Echo #WorldModels #SpatialAI #3DFoundationModels Check it out:

🚨Dave Rossi was a blue-collar construction worker until a life-altering encounter with a blue, plasma-like being awakened in him an obsessive drive to explore quantum physics, high-voltage experiments, and the hidden potentials of extended electrodynamics. He soon caught the attention of defense insiders—including figures affiliated with Hal Puthoff and Eric Davis—who recognized the apparent validity of Rossi’s theories on negative energy and inertial mass reduction. Rossi contends that tapping the scalar and vector potentials of the quantum vacuum could yield breakthroughs like “cold” electricity, over-unity energy devices, or even time displacement, yet he warns these same discoveries can be weaponized to devastating effect. Urging a balance of moral responsibility with scientific curiosity, he believes that consciousness and spirituality must evolve alongside any new physics if humanity is to avoid catastrophic misuse of next-level technologies. Key Revelations: 1. “Blue Being” Encounter: He credits a single, surreal vision of a tall, blue energy being near his bed as the spark that transformed him from an average laborer into a deep investigator of zero-point energy, scalar waves, and superconductors. 2. Defense Circles Taking Notice: After posting niche physics videos on his podcast, Rossi was invited to present his laboratory experiments and theoretical models to private contractors and U.S. defense officials who found his ideas unexpectedly coherent. 3. Longitudinal Waves & Curving Space-Time: He likens scalar, “slinky-like” longitudinal waves to an untapped spectrum of Maxwell’s equations, emphasizing that spin, high voltage, and polarizing superconductors can “curve” local space-time to produce gravity-like effects. 4. Negative Energy & “Cold Currents”: Rossi asserts that extreme electromagnetic setups—especially ring superconductors—can unlock a class of “cold” electricity, apparently defying standard thermodynamics and pointing to potential over-unity devices. 5. High-Frequency Gravitational Waves: Building on the work of Ning Li and Salvatore Pais, he theorizes that pulsed, rotating superconductors can emit AC and DC gravity fields, paving the way for inertial mass reduction—e.g., a craft “falling up” rather than down. 6. Advanced Healing Tech or Weaponization: From Luc Montagnier’s “DNA teleportation” to cold-fusion-like phenomena, Rossi says these scalar-based methods could radically heal or disrupt biology—one reason potent breakthroughs remain closely guarded. 7. Time Displacement & Surveillance: He implies such physics might enable temporal anomalies. 8. Consciousness and Spiritual Responsibility: These technologies are dual use in nature and their development is a forcing function for humanity's spiritual evolution.

The New American Dream is to leave America 🇺🇸 The West is a police state disguised as a democracy, wrapped in promises of freedom and security but controlled through surveillance, censorship, socialism, and the loss of civil liberties due to endless regulations. 🇺🇸 If Canada or the USA paid me a million dollars a year, I still wouldn’t live there. 💸 What's the point of being a rich slave? 🧱 You're free to work, but half your income goes to taxes, or you'll end up in jail. 💸 You're free to hunt and fish—with permission from the daddy government. 🎣 You're free to access healthcare—but only for meds that suppress your symptoms, and you’re left to die if you can't afford it. 💊 You're free to refuse experimental drugs—but face propaganda, bans, job loss, and even homelessness. 🚫 You're free to protest—but risk being trampled by police, losing your bank account, or getting arrested. 🚔 You're free to vote—as long as it's for a pre-selected, system-approved candidate. 🗳️ You have the freedom of speech, as long as your speech aligns with the narratives. 🎤 George Carlin was right: it’s called the American Dream because you have to be asleep to believe it. Jordan Peterson on why creative people are the most valuable and most mistreated people in society: 1. artists and entrepreneurs are the same people. conservatives who dismiss art while celebrating capitalism have missed something fundamental. entrepreneurs provide all the vision for the capitalist system. artists are entrepreneurs. the people who drive economies forward are the people conservatives are most likely to tell their kids not to become. 2. the education system was designed in the late 1800s to produce obedient factory workers. desks in rows. sit down. shut up. do what you're told. move when the bell rings. that is a factory bell. the system worked perfectly for what it was built to do. the problem is the factories disappeared 100 years ago and nobody updated the system. 3. the correlation between grades and creativity at university is zero. not low. zero. creative people are not easy to grade so the system simply stops seeing them. by the time a creative person has been through school they have usually been told to stop daydreaming, pay attention, and behave. which is another way of saying stop being creative. 4. creativity does not emerge from freedom. it emerges from constraint. peterson uses the genie as the image. a genie is a god-like force compressed into a tiny bottle. to grant wishes it must be both extraordinarily constrained and completely free at the same time. give a creative person no problem to solve and they produce nothing. give them a serious constraint and they produce something nobody has ever seen before. 5. early trauma is one of the strongest predictors of creative output. hans eysenck, once the most cited psychologist in the world, found this in his study of genius. early loss forces a person to reconstruct themselves. that reconstruction process if combined with high intelligence and the right temperament produces creative production. this is not an argument for trauma. it is an explanation for why so many great artists had terrible early lives. 6. true creativity requires near genius level IQ. eysenck put it at roughly one in a thousand. peterson says people hate this finding because it does not make them feel good. but creativity at the highest level is not a skill you can learn. it is a capacity you either have or you don't. you can crush it easily. building it from scratch in someone who does not have it is a different matter entirely. 7. artists live on the edge between chaos and order. conservative people prefer the known. they master familiar territory and maintain it well. artists go to the edge of what is understood and push it outward into what is not. peterson says this is their biological niche. they are the visionaries who transform what we cannot yet see into something we can begin to perceive. every creative neighborhood in every city follows the same pattern. artists move into a rundown area, civilize it, the yuppies follow, the developers arrive, the artists get kicked out and go find the next rundown area. 8. when the impressionists first showed their work there were riots. the idea of perceiving the world that way was so radical it caused emotional fits in people who saw it. today everyone sees like an impressionist because their aesthetic saturated advertising, film, and architecture over the following century. artists do not decorate the world. they teach people how to see it. mondrian was playing with geometric squares in his studio. now mondrian buildings are everywhere in toronto. 9. the zebra story. biologists studying zebras in the wild marked one with a red spot so they could track it. the lions ate it immediately. lions cannot hunt a zebra they cannot identify. the herd is camouflage. the moment you stand out you become the target. peterson says this is biologically correct. the tall poppy gets cut. the head that rises above the rest is the first to fall. and yet the people who stand out are also the only ones who change anything.

really like how Sam Blond basically walked through monaco’s gtm + launch playbook for free if you’re launching soon or trying to fix gtm, this is one of the better deep dives to learn from 1/ go from zero to 100 (not 0 → 30 → 60) >they stayed in real stealth for ~a year (site said “coming soon,” linkedins said “company in stealth”) >then they stacked everything on one day: launch video, fundraise announcement, outbound waves, etc. >the goal was to go from “no one has heard of us” to “i’m seeing this everywhere” in a few days. 2/ favor a “big bang” over a slow, leaky launch >if you drip small announcements for months, people acclimate and tune out. you lose the “this came out of nowhere and is suddenly everywhere” effect. >a concentrated launch creates a step‑change in awareness and a steeper early growth curve. 3/ treat launch distribution as a real project >make a genuinely good product video that shows the product clearly. >build a simple distribution spreadsheet with 4 tabs: employees, investors, friends of the firm, customers. >coordinate outreach the day before and the day of launch across all 4 groups. >content matters, but distribution is equally important. 4/ design the distribution spreadsheet to extend your reach >ask every employee for “3–5 most influential people” in their network (by relationship or following). >add those names to your “friends of the firm” list. >give each group specific instructions and assets (copy, video link, timing) so you’re not relying on people to improvise. 5/ plan 2–3 simple stunts or campaigns ahead of launch >~45 days before launch, form a small launch committee (around 5 people). >weekend homework: each person brings 2–3 ideas that are creative but within budget. >whiteboard everything, then pick the 3–4 best ideas you can realistically execute. >bias toward ideas that feel a bit unusual but are operationally doable for your team. 6/ treat “launch” as a repeatable motion, not a one‑time event >each milestone is its own launch with distinct content and distribution: >beta → public → GA >fundraises: seed, A, B, etc. >every one of these is another chance to build momentum and rerun the playbook with a new angle and a slightly different audience. 7/ for budget‑constrained teams, favor creative over paid >assume billboards and big paid campaigns are off the table. >every month, force at least one creative idea, even if it’s small. >prefer things that are operationally hard but cheap over things that are easy but ad‑platform expensive. >a small in‑office comedy show or sending $100 poker sets to 100 ideal customers can beat tens of thousands in google/linkedin ads.

FORGET MY PREVIOUS POST, LET ME BLOW YOUR MINDS! 🤯NEW METHOD! AI 2D SPRITES ARE SOLVED. PERIOD. Day 50 of building a webGL game engine using Cursor 🔽🔽🔽 I was wrong. The previous system had flaws. It wasn't the best. If you use it on VFX heavy sprites, it would start falling apart - either via grain/artifacts, or displacement. But I just couldn't give up. I knew I needed something more. This was the limit the models could give me. So I consulted science: Zheng et al., "Bilateral Reference for High-Resolution Dichotomous Image Segmentation" (CAAI AIR 2024, arXiv:2401.03407) - BiRefNet If any of the brilliant minds who wrote this paper read this post, I'm extremely thankful for your research. It made me solve a really big problem with 2D sprites, and I'm extremely grateful! Thank you! Please reach out if you see this! Now, how does this solution work: 1⃣ Generate your Kling animation (still king for anime 2D style). 2⃣ Run BiRefNet (HR-matting variant rocks) → get solid character alpha. 3⃣ Compute simple brightness/luminance alpha (luma → alpha curve, easy in any tool). 4⃣ Final alpha = max(BiRefNet_alpha, brightness_alpha) — that's it. No fancy weights needed. 5⃣ Feed to your engine / Comfy / whatever. Dynamic lights now play nice with zero artifacts. Mind you, this solution requires an nVidia GPU to run local inference. Alternatively, you can get it done on Colab likely with the free tier! You can try CPU, but no guarantees. Try a lighter model like BiRefNet_lite-2K. Demo is purposely in 30 fps even though I wouldn't run an anime 2D game above 12 fps - for both style and performance. Just wanted to show you the absolute results. Please bookmark this! ☑️ If you love 2D and sprite work, this is truly the best way, the best method I could find. Use it, steal it. Enjoy it! Repost if it saves your workflows too! I think I need a break... almost 40 hours straight solving this. Next are dynamic shadows, and I'm not looking forward to that...

The Ghost in the Machine: How Player Pianos Sparked Protests, and What They Reveal About Our AI Future In the early 1900s, the player piano was a sensation. These self-playing instruments used perforated paper rolls fed through pneumatic mechanisms to reproduce complex piano performances automatically. By the 1910s to mid-1920s, they outsold ordinary pianos in many markets, filling American parlors, saloons, and theaters with ragtime, marches, and classical pieces. Great artists like Sergei Rachmaninoff and Ignace Paderewski cut rolls, preserving their interpretations for generations. It was automation that brought “live” music into every home, without the need for lessons or live performers. Yet this marvel triggered intense resistance. Composers and musicians saw it as an existential threat. In his fiery 1906 essay “The Menace of Mechanical Music,” bandleader and composer John Philip Sousa warned that player pianos and phonographs would “substitute machinery for the human soul.” He predicted the death of amateur music-making: children would stop learning instruments, families would stop gathering around the piano, and music would lose its emotional depth. Sousa testified before Congress, helping drive the 1909 Copyright Act, which created compulsory licensing so composers could earn royalties from mechanical reproductions, a landmark victory born from protest. As “talkies” and radio displaced theater orchestras in the late 1920s, the American Federation of Musicians (AFM) launched the Music Defense League in 1930. Funded by a tax on members, the union spent hundreds of thousands of dollars (millions in today’s dollars) on a national advertising blitz. Dramatic newspaper ads depicted sinister robots replacing human musicians, with slogans like “Is Art to Have a Tyrant?” and warnings that “canned music” would destroy jobs and degrade culture. The campaign targeted not just records but all mechanical music, including player pianos in public spaces. While there were no Luddite-style riots smashing machines (player pianos were mostly expensive home devices), the opposition was fierce: boycotts, lobbying, lawsuits, and cultural shaming of anyone who chose “the robot” over living performers. The protests did not kill the player piano. Record sales, radio, and the Great Depression did that by the early 1930s. But the episode left a lasting legacy: new copyright rules, heightened awareness of technology’s impact on artists, and a template for how workers respond to automation. We are living through the same story with AI and robotics. Generative models now compose music, write screenplays, generate art, and even perform. Musicians, writers, and visual artists are protesting in eerily familiar ways: lawsuits over unlicensed training data (the modern equivalent of the player-piano royalty fight), demands for “human-made” labels, strikes by Hollywood writers and actors, and public campaigns against “AI slop.” Fears echo Sousa’s exactly: loss of soul, authenticity, jobs, and human connection. “The robot is coming” ads of 1930 could run unchanged today, just swap “canned music” for “AI-generated content.” History’s lesson is nuanced. The player piano did not end music; it briefly coexisted with live performance before giving way to richer ecosystems. Rolls by legends now serve as priceless archives. Protests forced legal compromises that protected creators while allowing innovation. Yet real displacement happened. Thousands of theater musicians lost steady work, and the cultural shift toward passive consumption was real. Today’s AI moment carries higher stakes: it threatens not just one profession but broad swaths of cognitive and creative labor. Robots and AI could augment surgeons, drivers, teachers, and artists, or render many obsolete. The player-piano saga shows that raw Luddism rarely wins, We cannot stop technological progress, The music plays on. The question is: who, or what, plays it?
