More progress, so here is another... PUPdate #DKButterfly Goldberg v Adversary Cases 239 Closed 41 Open 1 Appeal 🍌 ======== 281 Total (7 cases closed since my prior post on April 27th) Just a couple of observations in general on the Adversary Cases that are still open: 1) More than a few, have updates regarding "returned mail", so some may have jumped ship.? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 2) Another group of cases haven't been updated since the Gov shutdown and reopening in Nov 2025. 3) A few that haven't been updated since the summer of 2025. 4) A few that have court dates scheduled in June 5) Another grouping of cases that have May filings, but no docs, just words like "Consent" and "Stipulation" I have no idea what that means, so DYOR. All rise for Judge Pappy -- Keeper of Justice..!! Progress is still being made..!! Just remember, nobody knows when, if, or how much. Nobody. The PlanMan is still cooking, so let him cook.
