PUPdate on the $BBBY Goldberg vs Adversary Cases: 280 Adversary Cases 189 Closed or Voluntary Dismissal 89 Open 2 Mediation Progress is still being made 🎉 ..!! Each individual case can be viewed on the CourtListener site. Each individual case has an amount that the PlanMan is seeking to recover, but the detail on closed cases falls short of describing why the cases were closed and any amounts associated with their closing. Closed or Voluntary Dismissal cases are shown in green below. The "Voluntary Dismissal" status can only be seen after accessing each individual case. I didn't realize that until tonight. I clicked on a couple of cases in the vid below, there are a number of open cases that show the last activity taking place with "Certificate of Service" on January 14, 2025. What does it mean..? No idea. The second case I opened is a state department of revenue case, and a number of these more recently filed cases, appear to be headed toward discovery. A lot of hype on X the last couple of days with prediction dates. Keep in mind, these cases can continue following an emergence from bankruptcy per $BBBY's own SEC filings. This year's cyclosporiasis outbreak in the U.S. is "officially" the worst on record, as the CDC says there are more than 4,100 confirmed cases across 41 states. The agency is aware of 7,400 additional cases that have not been confirmed. No deaths have been reported. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. told ABC News yesterday that the outbreak is "under control." Officials are still investigating iceberg lettuce from Taylor Farms as a potential source of the outbreak and say the number of cases could rise further.

Thoughts on $CPRT valuation and buybacks "Right now, it's at one of its cheapest valuations it's been at in decades. So, they have some four-ish billions of dollars of cash on the balance sheet, so you back that out and the interest expense associated with that, and it's trading around 16 to 17 times earnings. So one of the cheapest valuations they've had. They've also been extremely selective when they've bought back stock. So they do not regularly buy back stock, but when they do, they make it meaningful, and they're very selective on the valuation, and last quarter was the first time they really bought back a meaningful slug of stock. They bought back $1.4 billion. As I mentioned, they still have another four-ish billions of dollars in cash on their balance sheet, so I would expect them to extinguish a good amount of that cash. Even if they do have to invest more in operations and all that, they should still have plenty of ability to do both. And so that's pretty interesting in terms of a signal because, again, this is not a company that regularly buys back stock. In fact, the last time they really were buyers of their stock was in 2019, but they haven't bought back a big amount of stock since 2011. So it's been that long since they've really taken a good slug of their common shares and retired that. So, that to me is a signal, and take that for what it's worth."

Judge Juan Merchan has ordered Donald Trump to be sentenced for 34 counts on January 10th ahead of inauguration Judge Merchan was never supposed to oversee Donald Trump’s case, he was specifically assigned the case to weaponize our legal system against Trump, here’s the proof “Understand there's absolutely no reason that Judge Merchan should have even had a chance to be assigned to this case? Now, I'm sure the left is just gonna call this a conspiracy theory. ‌ So I'll issue a challenge to them, and maybe they can tell me how he managed to be the judge. Because for these type of cases, the way it's supposed to work is that there is a panel of 24 judges, and they are all put in rotation and randomly assigned these types of cases. Judge Merchan is not on that panel. ‌ That's because he's not a judge. He's an acting judge. So even though they're trying to claim that they didn't pick the judge, that it was randomly assigned, that's not possible because judge Merchan isn't in the pool to be randomly assigned. So the only way he could have caught this case was to be specifically assigned to it. There was no chance of him being randomly selected. ‌ And the wild thing is that according to the left and the department of justice, judge Merchan was not only randomly selected to be the judge in this trial, but he was also randomly selected to be the judge in the Trump Organization case, and he was randomly selected to be the judge in the Steve Bannon case. ‌ So judge Merchan, a judge that is not in the pool of 24 judges that is supposed to catch these cases, a judge that is not an actual judge, but an acting judge caught all 3 Trump related cases randomly. This is a judge who gives heavily to an organization very plainly named Stop Trump, and a judge whose daughter makes tens of millions of dollars every year promoting Democrats. ‌ But, yeah, I'm sure this was just a coincidence. It was a coincidence that one of the most high profile cases ever, we didn't assign a judge, we assigned an acting judge. ‌ And that that judge somehow got selected even though he wasn't in the pool of judges available to be selected, and that that same judge that was selected also caught 2 other Trump related cases in the same year, and then that judge's daughter makes tens of millions of dollars a year promoting Democrats. lando asked whether his relationship with oscar changed: “it's still the same. and i think we both are happy that that's how it is. it's because we both have a lot of respect for one another and we both understand the position that we're in. and we both treat the world of driving versus just personally what we're like away from the track, quite differently. that's how i've always been. i feel like i've always gone on well with my teammates since go-karting. i've always wanted to because it just makes my life more fun, more enjoyable and that's also why i'm here. it's because i love what i do, so the more i can do that, the better. but we still just very much understand that we're here, we work for mclaren, we want the best for the team. we work very hard and as drivers always do, you try and maximize your own performance more than anything. but then when we step out of the car, we can still have a joke. we still have laughs in our debriefs, and we still enjoy everything away from the track. so, no i think it's still better than ever in many ways. i think we're still very different people. he's very just calm down to earth, very relaxed, always looks just cool, and that's something i also admire quite a bit, is how just plain sailing he is with a lot of things. it's a good attribute to have. always hard to read what mood he's in, but i think probably for me, you see more visually kind of the moods i'm in. but otherwise, it's not like we go play golf together and do things like i have done with carlos, daniel i didn't play golf with. but we're still different people, but in terms of relationship, we get along well. we still work together well and i think it's still better than it's ever been”
