A lively one hour interaction with IAS 2024 Batch Officer Trainees, organised by the #DoPT. Numbering 184 in total, this batch has highest-ever number of 75 women officers, nearly 41% which is a record in the history of IAS so far. A free, frank, informal exchange of views, lasting over one hour, turned out to be a mutually enriching experience.

Privilege to be the last person to have occupied the #DoPT office in the majestic #NorthBlock, tastefully built by the Britishers 90 Years ago, and equally a privilege to be the first person to occupy the DoPT office in the new premises of #KartavyaBhavan.
