This guy Bulegeya must have been using the RDCs Rccs etc to move his own agenders , now that someone who doesn’t tolerate nonsense has cut their chain they are doing everything possible to fight back, the #exposethecorrupt train moves with almost all the anticorruption sister agencies, to over see all events together, how is hon Justine Nameere Nsubuga affecting the RDCs etc , This bulegeya man needs to be investigated; clearly he has no points his putting across against the Minister.
