🦈 Was this deleted #JAWS scene too gruesome for 1975? Spielberg cut it partly over censorship concerns. Some say it would have ruined the film’s subtle terror, while others believe it could have become one of cinema’s most shocking moments. Did Spielberg make the right call?

Before VelociCoaster. Before Hogwarts. There was Bruce. 📷 The #JAWS ride at Universal #Orlando terrified and thrilled guests for more than 20 years, turning a simple boat tour into one of the most memorable theme park experiences ever created. Who else still misses Amity?

In this extended dock scene in #JAWS, Chief Brody & Deputy Hendricks are scrambling for control after Mrs Kintner's ad in 'Field and Stream'. 👀 Look closely & you'll see a man falling off a boat - this is stuntman Teddy Grossman who played the estuary victim later in the movie.

Portable shower or monkey cage? 😂 Quint is a menace. How can you not love him? Robert Shaw’s performance is a masterclass in acting. We lost him far too soon. #Jaws

At the end of #Jaws and Duel, the sound effect is the same (a #Godzilla roar) as director Steven Spielberg wanted to show the kinship between the two films.
