🚨 JMPD Region F2 Operation Update 🚨 #JMPD Region F2 officers, conducted targeted enforcement at Wemmer Pan and Reynolds Street in Springfield to dismantle illegal operations causing long-term environmental degradation. For years, individuals have been illegally occupying the area, setting up structures, and burning tyres to process cow skins and trotters, creating severe pollution and filth. To ensure a lasting solution, officers have implemented a strict daily monitoring schedule, alongside hourly checkpoints to disrupt any attempts to resume operations. During the latest clampdown, officers successfully seized and impounded: • 1,103 cow legs (trotters) • Over 100 cow skins • Numerous tyres used for illegal burning We remain committed to restoring cleanliness, law, and order to the area.
