He says (sic), 'If they are in a position to deny us electricity, we are in a position to deny them water resources. We should also start a campaign that we will not share the water resources with the valley. If the valley really needs access to the water coming from the hills, then we need to have a water-sharing agreement. If they can stop the electricity, we can stop the water by doing whatever is required. It is easy to stop the water in the mountains and disrupt the water supply. That can be done by the people. Even for the recent incident on May 4th, Meitei people demanded justice, and the culprits have been arrested. The least you can do is condemn this act of terrorism that resulted in the death of innocent children.
