Super #Typhoon #MANYI's calm eye only lasted 1/2 hour, & backside roared in fast—so fast two dudes & I had to duck into nearest building, which was already damaged. Backside was even stronger, with full whiteout & explosive monster gusts that filled air with flying debris.
