#FactCheck #Misleading จากกรณีที่ Sirikanya Tansakun สส.พรรคก้าวไกล(ในเวลานั้น) ให้สัมภาษณ์ที่รัฐสภา ในวันที่ 10 พฤศจิกายน 2566 โดยมีการตัดคำพูดสั้นๆ ไปใช้สำหรับกราฟฟิกว่า "ไม่มีใครได้เงินหมื่น" ข้อเท็จจริงคือ เป็นการแถลงทันทีภายหลังการแถลงของนายเศรษฐา ทวีสิน นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง(ในเวลานั้น) ว่าแหล่งที่มาของเงินจะมาจากการออก พ.ร.บ.เงินกู้ 5 แสนล้านบาท โดยรายละเอียดคือ " 'ท้ายที่สุดอาจไม่มีใครได้เงินจากโครงการนี้เลย' เพราะนายกฯ เลือกเส้นทางที่ยากที่สุด คือการออกพระราชบัญญัติ (พ.ร.บ.) เงินกู้ 5 แสนล้าน เพื่อระดมทุนมาแจกในโครงการดิจิทัลวอลเล็ต เพราะเสี่ยงขัดต่อกฎหมาย ขัดรัฐธรรมนูญ มาตรา 140 และขัดต่อพ.ร.บ.วินัยการเงิน การคลัง มาตรา 53 ที่มีการระบุว่า หากใช้เงินที่ไม่ได้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณปกติ จะทำได้กรณีมีความจำเป็นเร่งด่วนเท่านั้น แต่วันนี้ยังไม่มีความจำเป็นเร่งด่วนอะไร... ...เพราะการออกพ.ร.บ.เงินกู้ 5 แสนล้านบาท มีความสุ่มเสี่ยงจริงๆ เหมือนกับกรณีพ.ร.บ.เงินกู้ 2 ล้านล้านบาท อย่างชัดเจน ที่ถูกศาลรัฐธรรมนูญตีตกว่าไม่มีความจำเป็นเร่งด่วน ดังนั้น รัฐบาลพรรคเพื่อไทยจะอ้างว่าไม่รู้ไม่ได้ ตนตั้งข้อสังเกตว่าการที่รัฐบาลเลือกทางนี้ เพราะไม่ต้องการให้โครงการนี้สำเร็จ แต่ต้องการให้เข้าทางนักร้องต่างๆ เพื่อหาทางลงให้สวยงามของโครงการที่มาถึงทางตันโดยสมบูรณ์แล้ว... สรุป ศิริกัญญาให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า "ถ้ารัฐบาลเลือกที่จะออก พ.ร.บ.เงินกู้ 5 แสนล้าน อาจจะไม่มีใครได้เงินเลย เพราะเสี่ยงต่อการผิดกฎหมาย" ในปัจจุบัน ก็เป็นที่ทราบกันดีแล้วว่ารัฐบาลโดยนายกรัฐมนตรีเองได้ล้มเลิกความคิดที่จะกู้เงินผ่านการออก พ.ร.บ.ไปแล้วตั้งแต่ช่วงต้นเดือนเมษายน 67 ( ตามที่ศิริกัญญาได้แถลงเอาไว้ก่อนหน้านั้น จึงไม่มีใครได้เงินหมื่นจาก พ.ร.บ.เงินกู้ 5 แสนล้านแม้แต่คนเดียว การตัดคำพูดพาดหัวสั้นๆ โดยไม่ทราบบริบทหรือทราบแล้วแต่ไม่สนใจ อาจจะทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดในวงกว้างได้ครับ Link สรุปข่าวโดย ช่อง One31: Link รายละเอียดข่าวโดย ประชาชาติธุรกิจ: #FactCheckPPLE #ศิริกัญญา #ดิจิทัลวอลเล็ต #พรรคประชาชน

A video circulating on social media claims that under the #NewLabourCode, employees will be required to work 12 hours a day, totalling 72 hours per week. #PIBFactCheck ❌ The claim is #misleading! ✅ Under the recently introduced #labourcode, normal working hours are capped at 8 -12 hours per day and 48 hours per week. ✅ Flexibility of 12-hour workdays permitted for up to 4 days a week, with the remaining three days being paid holidays. ✅ 12-hour shift to include interval/spread-over. ✅ Overtime will be permitted only with the worker's consent. Claim: From 01.04.2026, ITD can access emails, social media, trading apps, or private accounts. ❌ This claim is #misleading. ✅ Section 247 of the Income Tax Act, 2025 applies only to Search and Survey operations.
