#mnk

UPDATE from Sokoto: Kudos to Madam Bridget who travelled all the way from the United States to visit Onyendu #MNK. This is but a few of many who also visited from far & wide recently, including one of our brothers who also came from the US & visited 2 days ago under my guidance.

Congratulations to my colleague, Barr. Nnaemeka Ejiofor, for this victory. I’m aware of these 2 detainees whose unlawful detention by DSS moved MAZI NNAMDI KANU to help them, even when they’re not Igbos or Biafrans. This reflects #MNK’s unyielding dedication to justice for all.

This video is for the usual suspects who, by their attacks on MAZI NNAMDI KANU, indirectly supported that man who called for #MNK to be killed. Our gallant brother, J.C. Okechukwu spoke so eloquently on it and shamed every Igbo who supports such abomination by attacking MNK.

BREAKING: Dr. Chukwuemeka Offor (of AVID-USA) & myself have concluded our visitation with MAZI NNAMDI KANU in Sokoto. We met with him yesterday & today. #MNK is upbeat & unbroken, and asked us to convey his high regards & best wishes to the faithful. The rest are on this video.

PRESS RELEASE: Today, in violation of subsisting court orders & the Constitution, the DSS blocked the Legal Team of MAZI NNAMDI KANU from meeting with him at the detention facility. It appears that the DSS has cancelled all future visitations to #MNK as a retaliation against #MNK "for chasing away Justice Binta Nyako from the case & causing her embarrassment”. What this means is that that the DSS, acting on behalf of the federal government of Nigeria, has unlawfully isolated #MNK from his Lawyers, thus making his solitary confinement absolute. I don't know when next, if ever, it may be possible to see #MNK again. Signed: Aloy Ejimakor, Esq. on behalf of #MnkLegalTeam.

UPDATE: Those of us arrested, dehumanized, detained & being prosecuted for merely engaging in a civil protest for #MNK on 20th October, have assembled at the magistrate court in Kuje in defense of freedom & the right of citizens to disagree with their government. So, help us God.

While urging #Ndigbo to remain calm, I must question the wisdom of sending #MNK to Sokoto prison. When Awolowo was convicted in 1963, he was sent to the East, a neutral zone in his feud with the North. Pres. Tinubu can still halt this drift, as I said in this video.

For insisting on a #Trial, we have (today) brought MAZI NNAMDI KANU’s case to an abrupt end before Justice Binta Nyako. We cannot allow #MNK to be subjected to the ordeal of a proceedings that is in breach of the Constitution & has assumed the character of an #UnfairTrial.
