Post Office SCANDAL Rishi Sunak still getting his facts WRONG #CarolsBoomBox Two victims who were convicted and sent to jail #MrBatesVsThePostOffice were on Breakfast TV this morning with heartbreaking stories Janet Skinner (put into the same jail as Rose West & on suicide watch) & Tracey Felstead (incarcerated when she was just 19) pulled him up on two issues. 🔹Sunak said it happened a long time ago in the 90s. It didn't. It's been ongoing since 1999 when the Horizon system was introduced. The convictions were only overturned in 2021. 🔹Sunak said "interim payments of up to £600,000". Wrong. For those wrongly convicted and sent to jail there has been a full and final offer of £600,000. Take it or leave it. Their story is truly unimaginable and yet it has happened...and for hundreds of others it's still going on...

He was further being pursued by Post Office bosses over monies stolen when he fell victim to an armed robbery.
