Bengaluru Metro Rushes Donor Heart Across City in 18 Minutes Bengaluru In a critical race against time, the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (#BMRCL) facilitated the swift transportation of a harvested #HumanHeart aboard a #NammaMetro train today, covering the distance between Goraguntepalya and Mantri Square Sampige Road in just 18 minutes. Medical personnel carrying the donor organ boarded the scheduled train at Goraguntepalya Metro Station at 14:22 hrs. Coordinated operational protocols ensured the train arrived smoothly at Mantri Square Sampige Road Station by 14:40 hrs, enabling the surgical team to quickly transfer the heart to a waiting ambulance and rush it to the operating room for a life-saving transplant.
