Punjab Skill Development Program: Through the #Pehchan initiative, the Punjab government is empowering the transgender community with dignity and opportunity. Over 1,000 trans persons have received professional training in culinary arts, tailoring, drama & theatre, make up etc. with a monthly stipend. 500+ are now proudly employed in formal jobs. This is indeed a giant leap forward toward an inclusive and a skilled Punjab.
