The #E2V1 #prealpha will be heavily focused on exploring with your #avatar, but let's not forget some other changes it will bring. Some might not see it, but when I see footage like this I visualise a #prealpha era where I'm playing the #EcoSim top down view, building, planning, trading, routing logistics, troops, machinery, ships.. this list goes on. This footage was recorded months ago, but I often watch it & enjoy let my imagination run free for a moment. I wonder if others can visualise what I see when watching? This view excites me almost as much, possibly more (being a lover of #RTS) than the main 3rd person view the #prealpha will launch with - but on second thought it is pretty cool running around exploring #E2V1 as an avatar, so I like both. I often receive little clips or screenshots of progress team members are making when I don't have time to check out builds. I like watching & re-watching footage like this because it reminds me that we're edging closer & closer to getting #Players united with their virtual land & how exciting all of that will be. Just felt like sharing these thoughts for those who are interested enough to read about them. It may also help some to understand another piece of the puzzle.
