Blog 276 🚨 Weigh in 10 🚨 Special weigh in today at #RNR25 - sorry we didn’t get it on the livestream (things got a little chaotic) Before #FrankWalks, Frank had not been under 350 pounds in over 20 years and was 500+ pounds in 2016. Here is his monthly progress since we started walking (315 days in a row): Before #FrankWalks : 383 pounds Weigh in 1: 373 pounds Weigh in 2: 352 pounds Weigh in 3: 343 pounds Weigh in 4: 340 pounds Weigh in 5: 339 pounds Weigh in 6: 333.8 pounds Weigh in 7: 331 pounds Weigh in 8: 323.8 pounds Weigh in 9: 319.8 pounds Here are the results from weigh in 10: ◦324 pounds: Frank has lost 59 pounds since we started walking, but this was our first weigh in with a gain of weight (4.2 pounds) ◦Diet: Difficult month - Frank expected a 15 pound increase when things were at peak stress a couple of weeks ago ◦Blood sugar: Levels remain in the green zone for the longest stretch of Frank’s adult life Listen, we knew a setback month would happen eventually. Now we are here. Frank is motivated and optimistic to bounce back with gusto this month. This is a real process and adversity exists to find triumph.
