PSA: Eating on flights causes jet lag Lowered air pressure makes gas in your digestive system expand, leading to discomfort, bloating, and gas. Changes in cabin pressure and oxygen saturation inhibits gastric emptying, making it harder for your body to digest food properly. This causes your body to become sluggish as it tries to catch up on digestion after you land, sapping your energy. Jet lag at its worst. Lastly, airline food is some of the lowest quality / highest processed food you can be legally served. Eating it voluntarily is crazy. Instead, eat a good meal 1+ hour before you fly. On the plane, an alternative to eating: RESISTANCE BAND VARIANT CURLS!

Frank used to struggle to get up and walk across the room. He was 520+ pounds with an 11.1 A1C. Today, he jogged toward the Freedom Tower, weighing 307 pounds with a 5.7 A1C. The road to #Tank299 is upon us

Frank easily gets stressed and he has to stop turning to food in those moments, especially when he’s alone. He’s been crushing his walks and exercise. He’s the lightest he’s been since the 1990’s and he is capable of doing things he never thought was possible. For example, catching a pass from Eli Manning last week and running down a football field. Best of all, it is inspiring others. Now, it’s time to hit the weights more and continue to improve diet across the board. No excuses. One day at a time. Congrats, Frank! Thank you Tank’s Army! Anudder weigh in in the books

No stress eating and no excuses. This is a huge W. 300 pounds feels like a distant memory now, that will never be revisited. Frank’s athleticism, flexibility, and energy haven’t been this good since he was in high school. He has completely reformed his body composition, which isn’t always reflected by weight loss. He is building muscle and carrying significant excess skin. In fact, when a person his height loses 200+ pounds, the excess skin typically weighs between 15-25 pounds or in higher cases even 40 pounds. That means if Frank got surgery for his excess skin, he would weigh ~ 270 pounds. This combined with his A1C and overall physiological renaissance, Frank is adding 20+ years to his life. We’ve never had a weight target, the goal has always been to establish a healthier sustainable lifestyle. On that front, Frank has already won. It has now been 2 years of weigh ins and I couldn’t be more proud of Frank & the positive impact he is having on others. This journey will ultimately be his legacy. *Sorry about the toes, cost of doing business the man hasn’t worn socks for decades. Anudder weigh in the books

I remind him constantly, how impressive his follow through has been. He’s noticeably quicker and more dangerous when ranting with hammer fists, particularly on sidewalks. It’s actually becoming a liability. I have no doubt he is building muscle and also carrying 30-50 pounds of excess skin, which could drop him as low as 250 when removed. With that said, Frank can certainly improve on diet. That has been the juggernaut. He can’t be complacent, he’s gotta push harder. Blog 81 Barstool hired me When I showed up for walk 61 dressed in layers like an Arctic explorer, Frank told me to come upstairs. Erika wanted to meet me. I think the first thing I said was, “I’m sorry, I haven’t showered today.” It’s official, I’m on the Barstool team. Thank you to Dave, Erika, and Barstool for the opportunity ahead and for allowing the wild ride to this point. Thank you Big Cat for bringing me onto the YAK, tolerating my presence, trusting I’d figure it out, taking me to my first Knicks playoff game, and too many other things to list. Thank you Steven Cheah for coming to a Knicks game with me 10 months ago and telling me you could take me in a fight. You’ve been a great friend to me since, including inadvertently motivating me to quit my job and go all in. Thank you to everyone on the YAK for coming to Knicks games with me and enduring the Jenks Report. That squad was always insanely supportive. Thank you to everyone at Barstool who was extremely welcoming to me whenever I randomly showed up somewhere with Frank. And just generally supportive. If I listed everyone it’d get ridiculous, but Barstool is stacked with good people. Thank you MikeyBets for getting me on Allow Me To Be Frank and for everything you do behind the scenes for Frank and Tank’s Army. I’ll never understand why you love Jerry Kraus though. Much love to the entire AMTBF family tree. Thank you to all of the producers and behind the camera wizards at Barstool for including me in random clips. I always felt encouraged when I saw you include me in Stool Scenes or when Stu was graphically discussing a hypothetical sex tape of me. Thank you Rough & Rowdy. I still can’t believe that shit went down. I totally thought I was bluffing when I offered to step up and then Big Cat said “this could work” in 8 minutes and within 48 hours I was in an arena with gloves. Crazy. Thank you Stu for becoming family to me over last 9 months. Spending the entire summer at your pool changed my life forever. You telling me to stop being an asshole and start writing again got me writing again. You never sugar coat when things get real and demand the best of your people. Just please always listen to Sandy and everything will always be fine. Thank you Frank Earl Fleming for all of the memories we’ve made and the future you’ve forged ahead. You’re my brudder. You’ve probably stopped reading at this point or more likely much much earlier, so I’ll just write: I love you man. Thank you Stoolies, your support is everything to me. I will leave it all on the field. Lastly, Frank and I crushed walked 61 today. We walked all the way back to my apartment on the UES from the office (near MSG) after I met with Erika. Then WE went back to the office, I was onstage pitching merch with Tanka Clause during Cyber Monday, and Dave announced I was hired. I don’t have to sit outside any longer. VIVA Anudder chapter begins.

🚨 WEIGH IN 33 🚨 •290.8 pounds (ATH 530+ pounds) •Frank has lost 250+ pounds •We’ve officially hit the “Diet Wall” Any health journey will have setbacks, include moments of adversity, and ultimately hit walls. Frank’s journey is no different. The important thing is how you RESPOND to setbacks or moments of stagnation, opposed to wallowing in it. Frank has bounced between 278-292 pounds over the last 6 months. His step count remains well over 20K per day and he has been lifting weights 3X per week since Arnold taught him how over Christmas break. Frank has put on significant muscle and looks great, but he can still lower his BMI. And he’ll need to before going forward with a potential skin removal procedure. To break through the wall of this current 278-290 pound plateau, Frank must level up his discipline on diet. The good news is Frank is completely honest about his eating habits and owns it when he messes up. No excuses. No denial. We have talked it out at length how Frank is learning the hard way that at a certain point, you can’t out walk or out lift a bad diet. The challenge going forward is Frank channeling the ferocious discipline he has applied to his exercise regiment and to his diet. Frank will never be a salad guy (or humus) but he knows he can make better decisions throughout the day and night from baseline meals to snacks to drink choices. This wall is going to be extremely hard to break though, but I know Frank can do it. Just gotta take that sledgehammer and start swinging. The first few hits might not even make a dent, but with consistent pressure and focus THE WALL WILL FALL. Time to lock in. Anudder weigh in in the books

🚨 WEIGH IN 32 🚨 •285.7 pounds (ATH 530+ pounds) •Frank has lost 250+ pounds overall This week, Frank had his blood drawn and got a full report from his doctor. The results speak for themself: When Frank was 530 pounds+ / A1C 11+: •High risk of premature death •High risk of stroke •High risk of stroke •High risk of kidney disease •High risk of vision loss •High risk of neuropathy •A LOT of medications This week’s doctor report results: •Blood sugar: A1C 5.5 (normal) •Lost 250+ pounds overall •All medications lowered or stopped •Moving toward diabetic remission —Biggest update: Frank’s BMI is now 43.5 down from 69.9 in 2020 that’s a 37% reduction under 6 years! This is almost UNHEARD OF. Taking all of this into account, Frank has added QUALITY YEARS to his life. Frank’s doctor also gave Frank a referral for a consultancy on plastic surgery for his excess skin. His excess skin likely weighs at least 30 pounds, which means he’s probably already around 250 pounds. Frank came in to work looking a bit dejected about weigh in today. He always wants to lose big numbers to inspire his fans and doesn’t want to let anyone down. He expected to be about flat. I continue to impress upon him that he is past the era of shredding pure fat and is now building foundational muscle around his body. Frank’s weight has consistently fluctuated between 279-284 over the last couple of months. His diet has been good and obviously his walking and lifting have been consistent, so lack of weight loss has not been a concern. He even hit 3 30K step days this week. As we suspected, the plateauing weight is due to Frank rapidly gaining muscle faster than he is losing fat. He has been lifting weights 3X per week for almost 6 months and the results are hitting. His muscle development is clear in both appearance and increased strength + agility. In the Frankie Fitness videos, you can see Frank beginning to really struggle at the end of sets with significantly improved form (core strength). SO SO SO PROUD OF FRANKIE … I know he prefers seeing massive weight loss weigh ins, but his body is transforming in the best, natural, healthy way. His wins are more complex and substantial than just weight loss now. And by the end of our walk through the NYC sweltering heat, he agreed and smirked. Anudder weigh in in the books

🚨WEIGH IN 28🚨 BEST WEIGH IN YET!!!!!!!! •284.2 pounds (ATH 530+) •Blood sugar: A1C 5.4% (ATH 11.1%) •Frank has lost 245+ pounds overall (and is carrying 20-40 pounds of excess skin) Frank has been lifting weights three times a week with me since Arnold Schwarzenegger got him started over Christmas. His progress has been fantastic and we can already see improvements in his functional strength. He is also using treadmills occasionally, a machine he used to fear like the plague. The gym once seemed impossible to Frank, now it is part of his routine. The weight lifting is already adding muscle which adds bodyweight as he drops fat. This means his weight loss slowing down is not a regression, his body is transforming from Frank the Tank into Frankie Fitness. It’s been incredibly impressive and painful to join Frank on 3 mile walks through this brutal winter. It’s making him crankie, but it’s still impressive as hell that he’ll never miss a day. Today, we filmed our first ever Frank Lifts with Joba Chamberlain, which showcased Frank’s confidence and comfortability in the gym after just a few weeks. It is hard to imagine what the final outcome will be, knowing Frank is committed to fulfill his promise to Arnold: “INSPIRE MILLIONS!” Crazy to think if Frank got skin surgery done he might 242 pounds! 🚨 Weigh in 21 🚨 ALL TIME LOW: 306 LBS FRANK HAS SHREDDED 220+ pounds Frank was 520+ pounds in 2016 (scale couldn’t go higher). Here is his monthly progress since we started Frank Walks (644 days in a row and counting): 383 pounds before walking daily Weigh in 1: 373 pounds Weigh in 2: 352 pounds Weigh in 3: 343 pounds Weigh in 4: 340 pounds Weigh in 5: 339 pounds Weigh in 6: 333.8 pounds Weigh in 7: 331 pounds Weigh in 8: 323.8 pounds Weigh in 9: 319.8 pounds Weigh in 10: 324 pounds Weigh in 11: 330 pounds Weigh in 12: 327.8 pounds Weigh in 13: 318.5 pounds Weigh in 14: 321.8 pounds Weigh in 15: 326 pounds Weigh in 16: 314 pounds Weigh in 17: 316 pounds Weigh in 18: 312.5 pounds Weigh in 19: 315 pounds Weigh in 20: 307.5 pounds Here are the results from weigh in 21: ◦306 pounds. FRANK HAS LOST 220+ POUNDS SINCE HIS ALL TIME HIGH ◦Blood sugar: A1C is 5.7% down from 11.1% (years of life expectancy 12+ 📈) I wish I had more details on his body composition but clearly he has turned loads of fat into muscle. We are focused on continuing to overhaul his diet and talk about it almost daily. I am sure I am annoying at times, but Frank needs to be pushed and challenged. If he is capable of completely changing his daily physical habits, he is capable of changing his diet. It has simply proven to be much more challenging. A couple of the biggest struggles are stress eating and discipline on boring days at home. Frank will crush unhealthy snacks after a Mets loss or if he is stuck in his house on a boring weekend with bad weather. He shot up to 315 this month but then locked in to close the month at an all time low. To anyone who makes food in the Belleville, NJ area, I am desperate to show Frank he has local options that cook both delicious and relatively healthy food. Same goes for anyone near MSG (lunch after walks). Frank’s energy, quickness, coordination, stamina, strength, flexibility, and confidence continue to increase with each passing step. Congratulations, Frank (even though I know you aren’t reading this). TANK299 feels imminent. Anudder weigh in in the books

Blog 52 🚨 Frank health update 🚨 Today, Frank and I went for our 32nd consecutive walk. We thought this would be a good milestone to review Frank’s health progress. Since we’ve started walking (32 days): ◦Weight loss: 361 down from 372 ◦Steps per day: 13K per day up from 5K per day ◦Sugar levels: Reached and maintained staying in “Green Zone” for two weeks going (was RARELY ever in green zone before) ◦Belt: Frank was forced to buy a new tighter belt ◦Energy: Frank feels improved daily energy ◦Stamina: Walks continue to increase in distance and pace with decreasing breaks ◦Pacing to lose 100-150 pounds in next 12 months This update is great, but it is only the start. The keys are consistency and enjoying the process to make the lifestyle change sustainable. You can tell from the video that Frank is not even close to satisfied. Frank once weighed 500 pounds and had a waist size of 69. He is unflappable in his commitment of never going back. Everyone’s encouragement has been absolute rocket fuel. Thank you, Tank’s Army. Today we did walk 32 at the St. Peter’s church in the rain. Frank’s Great Grand Mudder is buried there. The weather made it tough but we powered through and even stopped by Staples to hit our step count. We are now back at Frank’s and we are getting ready to watch the Dolphins and then head to the Devils game. It is a chaotic day. Thank you again to everyone supporting Frank as he pushes himself everyday to get healthier. It feels like we are all in it togedder. Anyone struggling to get a new routine going, try going for 1 walk and building from there. Rome wasn’t built in a day and something is always better than nothing. Thank you MikeyBets for coming up with this idea and pushing me to get us going. Anudder ♾️ days of walks 😤 coming right up.
