Paratroopers of the #ShatrujeetBrigade recently carried out an intensive Special Heliborne Operations (#SHBO) exercise, rehearsing a complex urban hostage rescue scenario to sharpen operational readiness for high-risk counter-terrorism missions. The exercise demonstrated exceptional air-ground integration through tactical helicopter insertions, including slithering, STIE and low-hover drills, followed by precision rooftop insertion and dynamic close quarter battle (CQB) room intervention. Every phase demanded speed, coordination, precision and unwavering teamwork under simulated operational conditions.
