During the period of ISIS control in #Raqqa, between 2014 and 2017, the city’s Municipal #Stadium was converted into a prison. ISIS committed widespread violations there, including executions and various forms of torture. Testimonies from former prisoners, cross-referenced with footage and documents obtained by the #ISISPrisonsMuseum, reveal that the Stadium #Prison in was among the most brutal facilities operated by ISIS in #Syria.
