Her 'full and helpful' Witness Statement to assist the Inquiry was a total of just 3 Pages. The Witness Statement she provided to Blackpool County Court in the case of Julie Wolstenholme was more detailed although she does not recall signing it - for reference the date was 16th October 2003 !! ‘The world is full of obtuse, thick-as-mince, malevolent incompetents like Elaine Cottam.
