At #TransRights protest outside Parliament & Supreme Court. Demands for a blanket ban on trans people are morally wrong & wrong in law. Supreme Court said women’s organisations can only exclude trans people from women’s spaces if it is necessary to preserve women’s safety & dignity. But they are not legally required to exclude trans people. So no excuse for the automatic ban that anti-trans campaigners want. Any blanket exclusion would be unlawful.
