Today, we launch a campaign spotlighting the unacceptable abuse our call handlers face daily while helping those in need. In this clip, Cheryl handles a caller who contacted NHS 111 62 times in a year. Staff deserve to #WorkWithoutFear. Abuse like this is NOT okay❌
