"Gamers" not understanding game design yet again. This isn't meant to be hard, it's meant to be an interactive cutscene to get the player in the shows of Bond and make him embody that fantasy. If it's hard, it can be frustrating, which is not the goal. The goal is to be a reward moment after a mission well fought, where the player can just wreck shit with reckless abandon and feel like a badass. Of course if you intentionally slap away the cookie being offered to you because you just want something to be mad about you're going to have a miserable experience. But thankfully, that's not most players.
