Hello Tata Motors I purchased a Tata Nexon EV (30 kWh battery pack) on 10 February 2024 for around ₹18 Lakhs. Tata claimed a range of 325 KM, but throughout my ownership I NEVER received more than 175 KM on a full charge. Now the condition has become even worse. My battery drains so fast that I can barely drive 90 KM per charge. After reporting this issue, even the service center admitted there is a battery problem. At the time of purchase, Tata Motors clearly promised an 8-year / 160,000 KM battery warranty and assured us that defective batteries would be replaced with NEW ones. But now, when the issue has actually occurred, they are trying to replace my battery with a REFURBISHED (second-hand) battery instead of a new one. I raised this issue in February 2026. It has been months, and despite continuous follow-ups, there is still no battery replacement and no proper response from Tata Motors. What is more shocking is that Tata keeps blaming driving habits for the poor range. But according to THEIR OWN meter, my average consumption over the last 6434 KM is 91 Wh/KM, which technically should deliver around 329 KM range. Yet in reality, I never received anything close to that. To make things worse, the car makes frightening noises while charging. Honestly, it feels unsafe and scary, as if something could go seriously wrong at any moment. And when I asked Tata about exchanging this problematic vehicle, they offered only ₹5 Lakhs for a well-maintained 1.5-year-old car purchased for ₹18 Lakhs. Is this a joke? My demands are simple: 1. Provide a BRAND NEW battery replacement instead of a refurbished battery. 2. Offer a fair replacement/exchange value for the vehicle. This has been the worst ownership experience of my life. Extremely disappointed with Tata Motors and their after-sales service. TATA.ev Nitin Gadkari Department of Transport Tata Motors_Cars

This happened on day at Hospital in Denver, Colorado. The officer in the bed is Officer Daniel Park, Denver Police K9 Unit. The dog is Axel, his four-year-old Belgian Malinois partner. Five days ago, Officer Park and Axel responded to a robbery in progress. During the confrontation, Park was shot in the shoulder. Axel was right there. Saw his partner go down. Stood over Park and wouldn't let anyone near him—not even other officers—until paramedics convinced him they were helping. Park was rushed into surgery. Spent five days in recovery. Hospital policy says no animals. But the K9 unit pushed hard. Axel hadn't eaten since Park went down. Wouldn't work with any other handler. Just paced and whined constantly. The hospital made an exception yesterday. Watch the footage. Park is propped up in bea. You can see the bandages on his shoulder. The door opens. Axel walks in with Sergeant Kim holding his leash. Axel sees Park and just stops. Stares. Like he can't believe it. Park reaches out his good arm. "Hey, boy. Come here." Axel bolts across the room. Jumps onto the bed. But look how careful he is. He positions himself across Park's chest, deliberately avoiding the shoulder injury. Park wraps his arms around Axel and starts crying. Axel tucks his head under Park's chin and doesn't move. Park's nurse told us: "We don't normally allow dogs in recovery rooms. But watching that reunion, I understood completely. That dog needed to know his partner was alive." Axel stayed for thirty minutes. When it was time to go, he refused to get off the bed. They had to use his favorite toy to coax him down. Park gets released tomorrow. Goes home to Axel. Sometimes the only thing that matters is knowing your partner is still breathing.

𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒊𝒕 𝑹𝑨𝑰𝑵𝑺 𝒊𝒕 𝑷𝑶𝑼𝑹𝑺⛑️ 𝐺𝑢𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑖𝑎𝑛 𝐴𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑙~𝑃𝑎𝑟𝑡 2 😇🙏 After a botched summer assignment to a new collegiate league in Texarkana, TX that saw Grant Scholzen sleeping in his car and no host family provided as promised, Grant came home and waited patiently for a summer league call. The MGF Marshalls (who by the way is one of the best run orgs in the country, more on that in a future post!) called and in his 1st game and 2nd AB with a 1-2 count in a left on left matchup with the shadows in play, Grant took a 92 mph FB off the shoulder and into the right side of his face. The only time in 5 years w/o a face shield on his helmet, it’s the only time he’s been hit above the shoulder. Was watching the game on live stream, and it was hard to tell where it actually hit him? Grant immediately started walking to the dugout and I couldn’t figure out why he was doing that, because he should be either staying at home plate gathering his bearings or going to 1B. What you don’t see is the catcher and pitcher who are close friends of Grant’s growing up facing each other in HS and teammates throughout their CBA summer/fall travel ball experiences, looking on with what just happened? The pitcher and catcher who I’m close with as well, are in shock and the pitcher then walks into the opposing dugout to see if Grant is okay? Grant was okay, but he wasn’t okay?! That helpless feeling again when you’re not there and your son has something almost tragic happen?! I was calling friends who I knew were at the game and they said he had ice on his cheek in the dugout. After the game Grant was going to drive 4 hours home and get home at 3am to attend his cousin’s church service to listen to him speak at his 2 year church missionary farewell. He got home late as I said and woke up yesterday with his face extremely swollen and his eye already black, so we saw his uncle at church, who is a pediatric dentist and he scheduled a CT Scan with an oral surgeon buddy. Grant went in this morning for the scan and to our surprise, NO broken bones. Thank you to the countless people who text and reached out with worry and wanting updates. The baseball circle is small, but big at the same time and is a comforter! Once again his mother Heidi was working overtime to protect her kids, just like my daughter’s car accident 3 weeks ago. When it rains it pours! #SwarmingBees 🐝
