4/ Probably my favorite feature is suggested questions. The questions are dynamic based on the page the user is on + their previous chat history. We found this helps users understand the kind of things they can do with the chatbot.

5/ Putting search and chat in the same interface creates some nice patterns. -Users can ask questions about a specific doc (which makes the answers more targeted) -Click to view source material opens right in the HelpHub widget

Last I checked, we have an FAA for aviation, nuclear energy is regulated, and electricity is regulated.
