Your thyroid is the control center for your: • Energy • Metabolism • Overall health If it’s not working properly, your entire life suffers. Here’s what you need to know about thyroid health, why it’s important, (& how to fix it):

2. How it works: Thyroid hormones are controlled by a feedback loop: 1) TRH (Thyrotropin-releasing hormone) signals the pituitary to release TSH. 2) TSH (Thyroid-stimulating hormone) tells the thyroid to produce T4 & T3. 3) T4 converts to T3 (most conversion happens in the liver & kidneys). 4) T3 enters cells and powers your metabolism and body functions.

3. The problem: When the feedback loop is disrupted, it can lead to: 1) Hyperthyroidism: Excess thyroid hormones which overstimulate your metabolism. 2) Hypothyroidism: Low thyroid hormone levels which slow down your metabolism.

4. Symptoms of low thyroid function: • Fatigue • Brain fog • Low energy • Weight gain • Constipation • Hair thinning • Cold hands & feet If these sound familiar, your thyroid might need support.

6. The gut-thyroid connection: Your gut & thyroid are closely linked: Gut issues like: • SIBO • H. pylori • Gluten sensitivity Can also disrupt thyroid function. A healthy gut improves nutrient absorption for thyroid hormone production. Fixing gut health often resolves thyroid problems.

7. How to fix your thyroid: 1) Heal your gut: • Include probiotic & prebiotic-rich foods to restore balance. • Eliminate inflammatory foods like seed oils & processed junk food. 2) Support your liver: • Your liver converts T4 to T3, so keep it healthy with antioxidant-rich foods.

8. Supplements to improve thyroid health: • Zinc supports T3 production. • Iodine is essential for T3 and T4 production. • Selenium protects the thyroid from oxidative stress. • Magnesium improves energy production and relaxation. • Probiotics rebuild gut health for better nutrient absorption. • Vitamin D enhances immune function and thyroid regulation.

Iodine and boron are not just “thyroid nutrients.” They are cellular binders, mineral transporters, and detox activators and when they’re low, everything breaks down and your body can’t produce glutathione and your busy is not able to detox . Here’s what they actually do 👇 🧬 IODINE • Required to produce T4 thyroid hormone • Forms iodolipids that regulate abnormal cell growth • Penetrates tissues where pharmaceuticals can’t reach • Displaces fluoride, bromide, chlorine from cells • Supports immune surveillance + cellular cleanup • Critical for breast, ovarian, prostate, and brain tissue 🧲 BORON • Activates how iodine, magnesium, and vitamin D work inside the cell • Transports minerals into cells (not just floating in blood) • Acts as a gentle daily binder for toxins + inflammatory byproducts • Regulates estrogen, testosterone, insulin, and thyroid sensitivity • Supports detox enzymes the liver cannot run alone • Reduces inflammation during detox so people don’t crash When iodine or boron are low: • Thyroid hormones don’t convert properly • Detox mobilizes toxins but can’t bind or clear them • Hormones misfire • Inflammation rises • People feel WORSE instead of better That’s why iodine alone fails for so many people. You can use liquid boron + iodine together for: ✔️ Thyroid support ✔️ Gentle daily detox ✔️ Hormone balance ✔️ Mineral repletion ✔️ Cellular protection ✔️ Long-term detox safety (including sensitive bodies) This isn’t aggressive detox. This is foundational cellular repair. Our Intra-Cellular Superfoods have all the minerals your body needs or you can take specific supplements. Just be sure they are not synthetic.

Everyone's body is different but statistically Animal milk drinkers often have issues with the following and all of these affect the way your hair and scalp function 1. Hard to Digest for Many People Most adults, especially people of African, Asian, and Indigenous descent, are lactose intolerant-meaning they lack the enzyme lactase to properly digest milk. This can lead to bloating, gas, and digestive discomfort. Because this takes so much energy, energy is taken off of your hair and your hair needs energy 2. Inflammatory & Mucus-Producing Dairy can be inflammatory for some people, especially those prone to acne, eczema, or sinus issues. This issues spills over into your hair and scalp and can have you losing hair by the clumps. It can increase mucus production, which can contribute to congestion and respiratory issues. 3. Hormones & Antibiotics Conventional dairy often contains added hormones (like growth hormones) and antibiotics, which may affect your body's natural hormone balance. Even in organic milk, cows naturally produce estrogen, which can still impact hormone-sensitive individuals. Hair growth is directly tied to hormones so if these are thrown off, your hair will be 4. Acidic, Block Iron Absorption & Deplete Calcium Contrary to popular belief, milk is acidic, and some studies suggest that excessive dairy consumption may actually leach calcium from bones instead of strengthening them. It without a doubt blocks the absorption of iron. Many Black American women are anemic and this single handily can have your hair on the floor so you have to be careful.. Thoughts 💭⁉️

Hashimoto's Hypothyroid..."You Want To Talk About A Pandemic?...We Have A Pandemic Of Medicating Organs In The Body That Have Done Nothing Wrong." The Only Guarantee If You're On Thyroid Medication Is That Your Dosage Will Increase. Why?...Because You're Killing The Thyroid. The 3 Part Protocol I Used To Heal My Thyroid 8 Years Ago. I Got Off Of Big Pharma's Payroll...A Patient Cured Is A Customer Lost. 1⃣ Adopt The Diet: A Ketogenic Carnivore Diet provides the framework & building blocks to heal & reverse hypothyroidism. The thyroid requires abundant protein with all of the bioavailable nutrients that animal sourced foods provide. Consume at least 1 gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight. The thyroid cannot heal on subclinical protein intake. Structure the diet around ruminant meat of beef, bison, venison, etc. Include an abundance of eggs, low mercury seafood, pork & poultry if tolerated. This is the source of the healing methylated natural B vitamins for thyroid T4 that is responsible for 80% of thyroid hormone production. Saturated animal fat is also required for optimal thyroid function. Consume & cook with butter, ghee, tallow, suet, lard & duck fat. Unrefined mineral salt is a must for the trace minerals that the thyroid requires. Focus on hormone production thru weightlifting, not cardio...as cardio further depletes adrenal & thyroid function. 2⃣ Eliminate Anti-Thyroid Foods: There are many foods that are Goitrogens...these are harmful to thyroid health & function. These are the vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts & seeds that cause a goiter, when the thyroid is starved of the iodine it requires to function & make thyroid hormone. Wheat/Gluten, Grains, Soy, Nuts & Seeds, Potatoes, Legumes, Cruciferous Vegetables & Certain Fruits contain thyroid harming Lectins, Oxalates, Goitrogens, Phytic Acid & Saponins. (article linked below) All of these plant anti-nutrients block absorption of iodine & it's required cofactors...the thyroid will never heal if these continue to be in the daily diet. If you are dairy intolerant or dairy sensitive, dairy should be eliminated as well. The gut inflammation that occurs will hinder key nutrient absorption & prohibit thyroid healing. 3⃣ Supplements For Optimal Thyroid: Iodine: Every cell in the body requires iodine & we no longer get enough from our soil or food. The thyroid alone uses 6 mg each day & the rest of the body uses an additional 4 mg each day. Lugol's 2% Iodine drops is the easy way to supplement. Iodine has required cofactors that must be in the diet or in supplement form: Methylated B Vitamins, Selenium, Zinc, Iron, Tyrosine & Copper. Make sure your ketogenic carnivore diet has ample supply of these nutrients &/or add grass fed beef organs or freeze dried beef organ supplement capsules. Prioritize natural daily sun exposure for D assimilation & hormone production &/or red light therapy. Magnesium Glycinate or Threonate is required as a cofactor for Vitamin D assimilation. Sweat therapy &/or Sauna to detoxify the body from anti-nutrients in the Eliminate category. This protocol healed my Hypothyroidism in 12 months in 2018. I slowly eliminated all of the supplements in 2022, while getting abundant nutrition in 150-200 grams of protein each day & the same or higher grams of saturated animal sourced fats. Prioritizing red meat & fish(Iodine & Selenium) & grass fed beef organ supplements & magnesium glycinate maintains thyroid healing. Let me know in the comments or thru DM if you have any questions or concerns about any part of the protocol. I will gladly answer any & all questions! 👇Low Carbohydrate Diet Reverses Hashimoto's👇 👇Iodine & Selenium Required To Heal Hashimoto's👇 👇Foods That Harm The Thyroid To Eliminate👇 Speaker: Gary Brecka, human biologist
