🔥 Why Your GUT Could Be Killing Your TESTOSTERONE …Without You Even Knowing Most MEN have wrong thinking about low testosterone… Which is… Low testosterone is all about workouts, supplements, or aging. But in reality, The main problem often starts in your gut. You could eat “healthy” all day, Follow every fad diet, And still struggle… Because “healthy” isn’t enough. Your body NEEDS the right balance of macronutrients To function properly and produce testosterone efficiently. Here’s the process… 1️⃣ CARBS aren’t the enemy: Cutting them for too long can actually lower your testosterone. 2️⃣ PROTEIN is essential: It works best when balanced with carbs. 3️⃣ FATS matter: Focus on the right types; too much, or the wrong kind, can hurt digestion, disrupt hormones, and decrease testosterone. It sounds complicated, but it doesn’t have to be. When you UNDERSTAND how to combine carbs, protein, and healthy fats properly, your gut thrives, and your testosterone naturally rises. This isn’t guesswork… It's science, and it’s surprisingly simple once you know the rules. The problem is most people don’t know the rules… And that’s why they stay stuck. 💡 The good news… I’ve created a complete guide that shows exactly What to EAT, Which fats to CHOOSE, And how to BALANCE your macronutrients for optimal testosterone All while keeping your gut healthy. If you’re ready to finally take control of your hormones and feel like yourself again, Dm me the word “TESTOSTERONE” or let a comment on this video, and I’ll send you the guide. Your body and your gut… Will THANK you.

Everyone keeps telling her to eat less fat so her body will burn stored fat. But it is not working. And there is a reason for that. When you come from a background of insulin resistance your body has literally lost the ability to tap into stored fat. Elevated insulin for extended periods shoves glucose into your fat cells and locks it behind closed doors. Your liver is still running around looking for glucose because that is all it has ever known. You cannot fix that by eating less fat. You fix it by flooding your body with fat. I am talking 150 to 200 grams a day. You have to force your liver to stop looking for glucose and finally accept fat as its fuel source. That is not maintenance eating. That is metabolic retraining. And before you close this post let me remind you what fat actually does for your body. Your brain is nearly 60% fat. Every single one of your hormones is made from fat. Your cell membranes are made from fat. Fat carries your fat soluble vitamins, A, D, E and K, without fat you cannot absorb them at all. Fat keeps you satiated, stabilizes your mood, gives you steady energy, and keeps your hormones balanced. Fat is not the enemy. Fat is literally the building material your body runs on. About 70% of your calories should be coming from fat. That is not a typo. Once your liver concedes and fat becomes the rule of the land that is fat adaptation. And THAT is when you can start pulling back on dietary fat slightly and let your body tap into its own stores. That is when the weight really starts moving. I know it sounds completely backwards. I lived on low fat my entire life and ballooned to 330 pounds eating way too many carbohydrates. It took me months to unlearn everything I had been taught. The answer has always been fat. It will always be fat.👑

Everyone's body is different but statistically Animal milk drinkers often have issues with the following and all of these affect the way your hair and scalp function 1. Hard to Digest for Many People Most adults, especially people of African, Asian, and Indigenous descent, are lactose intolerant-meaning they lack the enzyme lactase to properly digest milk. This can lead to bloating, gas, and digestive discomfort. Because this takes so much energy, energy is taken off of your hair and your hair needs energy 2. Inflammatory & Mucus-Producing Dairy can be inflammatory for some people, especially those prone to acne, eczema, or sinus issues. This issues spills over into your hair and scalp and can have you losing hair by the clumps. It can increase mucus production, which can contribute to congestion and respiratory issues. 3. Hormones & Antibiotics Conventional dairy often contains added hormones (like growth hormones) and antibiotics, which may affect your body's natural hormone balance. Even in organic milk, cows naturally produce estrogen, which can still impact hormone-sensitive individuals. Hair growth is directly tied to hormones so if these are thrown off, your hair will be 4. Acidic, Block Iron Absorption & Deplete Calcium Contrary to popular belief, milk is acidic, and some studies suggest that excessive dairy consumption may actually leach calcium from bones instead of strengthening them. It without a doubt blocks the absorption of iron. Many Black American women are anemic and this single handily can have your hair on the floor so you have to be careful.. Thoughts 💭⁉️

WOW 🚨 American has low testosterone and needs testosterone shots for her health Her insurance company denied her needed testosterone medication because they will only cover it for trans people going through hormone therapy That’s their actual reason. She shows proof “I'm lacking testosterone, so I have to have a testosterone shot and I have to go back in a month to have another testosterone shot because I am lacking testosterone in my body because women still produce testosterone. — I'm not producing it. So, my insurance sends me this in the mail They had decided to deny my access to cover my testosterone shots. This is the reason for denial, "Coverage is provided for a female patient in situations where this medication is being prescribed for gender dysphoric or persons undergoing female to male gender reassignment or for breast cancer in females. Coverage cannot be authorized at this time. Other coverage conditions may apply." So, if I go in there and tell them that I want to be a man, they'd cover it. Or if I had breast cancer, they'd cover it. But because my hormone is not there and I'm lacking a testosterone hormone in my body that I'm supposed to produce, they're not going to cover it? What? What is wrong? What is wrong? What is wrong with this world? Okay, so I have to go and tell them I want to be a man in order to get my shot that I actually have to have for my body. Y'all know how fired up I am right now. You can go against your body's nature, do everything that you want to change it. But if you want to fix the thing that's wrong with you, you can't. And there's more hoops to jump through. Make it make sense.”

Not sure if I'm the only one but I think WHOOP isn't very good tracking lifting weights It generally doesn't auto detect weight lifting (instead showing it as ACTIVITY) and then rates it as low strain compared to cardio, probably because it's lower BPM But that doesn't really make sense, I can do an extremely heavy lifting workout that hurts for days after but WHOOP will show a strain of 6 Then I go for a light bicycle ride and it's a strain of 12, simply because it gets my heart BPM up This problem is confirmed to me by people at WHOOP but since it's so hard to measure the strain of lifting with their sensors they prefer to not estimate lifting too heavy, instead they want people to write down their specific lifting workouts in the WHOOP app everytime But like nobody has time for that Also since it never auto detects weight lifting (eventhough it's the only workout type I ever set, so it should just default), I have to go back to every single workout in the app of the last couple of days to manually change it to Weight Lifting which is tedious (especially with that link workout popup everytime + the calendar resetting to today straight after) I think WHOOP is made for runners but they forgot people also need to lift weights and it has a bias to cardio This actually has been influencing a lot of my friends to run more which is good but I still think it's a massive bias as strength training is super important for longevity too Will Ahmed Viviano

Iodine and boron are not just “thyroid nutrients.” They are cellular binders, mineral transporters, and detox activators and when they’re low, everything breaks down and your body can’t produce glutathione and your busy is not able to detox . Here’s what they actually do 👇 🧬 IODINE • Required to produce T4 thyroid hormone • Forms iodolipids that regulate abnormal cell growth • Penetrates tissues where pharmaceuticals can’t reach • Displaces fluoride, bromide, chlorine from cells • Supports immune surveillance + cellular cleanup • Critical for breast, ovarian, prostate, and brain tissue 🧲 BORON • Activates how iodine, magnesium, and vitamin D work inside the cell • Transports minerals into cells (not just floating in blood) • Acts as a gentle daily binder for toxins + inflammatory byproducts • Regulates estrogen, testosterone, insulin, and thyroid sensitivity • Supports detox enzymes the liver cannot run alone • Reduces inflammation during detox so people don’t crash When iodine or boron are low: • Thyroid hormones don’t convert properly • Detox mobilizes toxins but can’t bind or clear them • Hormones misfire • Inflammation rises • People feel WORSE instead of better That’s why iodine alone fails for so many people. You can use liquid boron + iodine together for: ✔️ Thyroid support ✔️ Gentle daily detox ✔️ Hormone balance ✔️ Mineral repletion ✔️ Cellular protection ✔️ Long-term detox safety (including sensitive bodies) This isn’t aggressive detox. This is foundational cellular repair. Our Intra-Cellular Superfoods have all the minerals your body needs or you can take specific supplements. Just be sure they are not synthetic.
