10. X Box - Life Is Short Principle: Nothing increases virality like a banned ad This ad was banned from TV in 2002. It then got shared 1 million times via email -- making it one of the first ever viral ads.

10 creative ads I've collected this week: 1. Locitte Super Glue

2. Vinterior Principle: The Underdog If you want to topple the market leader -- steal their audience by pointing out their flaws.

3. Spreadable Cheese Principle: 2 + 2 = ? Let the customer figure out what happened. The aha moment is what causes emotion.

4. Specsavers Principle: Show them the anti-customer Don't tell them why you're glasses are great. Tell them what happens to people who don't buy your glasses.

5. Volkswagen Principle: The Minimal To Do List Before you show them how much time your product saves -- first show them how much time competitors take up. Absolute gem from @GoodMarketingHQ

6. Lewis Capaldi Principle: The Humble Brag Balance out your bragging with self depreciation. People prefer 9/10 over 10/10.

7. Nivea Principle: Lollapalooza Effect Charlie Munger has a concept called Lollapalooza: It's when you combine multiple persuasion techniques at once. Nivea combines showing the pain, overlaying on a user interface AND creating a verb (Nivea it)

8. Nicotinell Principle: Appeal to their vanity If you want someone to quit smoking, don't give them an emotionless statistic. Hit their fear of looking old.

9. British Airways Principle: A picture paints a 1,000 words "The world's fastest airline" London > Singapore in a blink of an eye.

Certainly one of the best and coolest ads ever! Did not know it was banned from TV! With all the garbage they allow to be shown! What was the reason they cited? Thanks for bringing this back for others to see! 👏🙌

Haven't we all 👴👵 got so many emails with gems like this one overfilling our email inboxes? One more reason why we had to create @goodbyemail 😁

This is extremely dope!
