I saw this video, and I felt for this woman. To go through a case and court trauma for 13 years, not being able to work or travel, and be declared not guilty after that is ruinous. As a lawyer, I think many people are being ruined by the justice system, starting with a poor police investigation, the decision to be charged, and being convicted or released. We may have an opinion about a particular person or case, but we are not necessarily right. She felt it, and she knows it. Our justice system literally ruined her and many others.

Frontier Airlines overbooked several flights that day, not an uncommon occurrence on flights, but what they did next was crazy. Instead of asking for volunteers to fly at a later time with compensation, they just began denying people seats and telling them that they were “late” for their flight. (They had been in that line for over an hour and a half.) Now here is where it gets even crazier. They were offering to put those removed from the flight on a later flight, but it would cost them an EXTRA $100 to do so. Would you just pay the $100 or would you demand a refund for your ticket? Obviously the young guy in the video is pissed. Is he in the right or is Frontier?

I know there are a lot of people celebrating the #LiberalMeltdown but I'd like to offer a different perspective. I'm not asking you to show compassion or understanding of any of these people because, realistically, it will serve them well to be taken down a peg or two. We are living in a time where more men are being more vocal about their feelings which many women have said they have wanted for a long time. However, some women are struggling with accepting what men have to say when it comes to them having to accept that all relationship problems are not caused by men. This is not meant to be an attack on women but many women take it as an attack and are way more interested in defending women than actually understanding what men are trying to say. It tends to be more challenging for women to emotionally regulate and to accept accountability, not because they are flawed, but because of the conditioning and training that has taught women that men are less intelligent and more than often the problem. Quality men, which there are plenty of but are often overlooked and not talked about, are tired of being blamed for everything and are no longer willing to tolerate it. They want to make it clear that most men are not like the stereotypical bs that our society teaches about men. It has been challenging because it's difficult for many women to accept because of their personal experiences from choosing and dealing with lesser quality men.

Maybe my take on this will be seen as weak or naive by some native Japanese people, but I strongly believe we all need to stay with the facts and not assume who did it. Not gonna lie, my first reaction was probably the same as many Japanese people. But suspicion is not a solution. Protection is. And if the culprit is confirmed, then sure, go all in on them.

And my jaw just hung open, it was the first time I watched sand handle a customer service agent for me in real time Once the agent confirmed the refund, it just ended the chat no mercy no thank you LMAO First time I’ve watched a human customer service agent get outmaneuvered by AI in real time. And it made me 15$! almost paid for itself in 5 minutes
