The “Sony PlayStacean” is a PSONE console redesigned to resemble a crab. The original designer is Anh Dang, a video game concept artist (notably for League of Legends). She created the original “PlayStacean” illustration—a playful crab-shaped redesign of the PS One (the smaller, rounded revision of the original PlayStation)—which became a popular meme/art piece. Console modder and YouTuber GingerOfOz later turned her 2D concept into a fully functional 3D-printed, working PS One hardware mod (complete with movable claw-style controllers), that you can see below:

The Core user base of Xbox are Console Players Not Cloud, Not Windows Store and Not Mobile. They’re making a Console for their Core Demographic. Certain people are pushing the “it’s a PC” because of Optics, they don’t want Xbox in the Console game. It will be a Console.

The new DF Weekly is now live, discussing Red Dead Redemption's 60fps PS5 patch, Nightdive Studios's radical new remastering idea, plus FSR 3 frame-gen tests on console-equivalent hardware. Is there a role for the new tech in PS5 and Xbox Series titles?
