Remember, 17 years and 8 months Driving an unregistered vehicle while being drunk & negligently running two pedestrians at very high speed leading to fatalities

There is no justice for the poor in this country. Judiciary was adopted in India to protect the British and it still remains in similar form ( protection of the rich).

Juvenile gets lenient treatment as per law. There is a reason why this law is there. Minor need chances to reform themselves. Parents of that boy should be punished for their crime for sure.

Sad indeed. The Judicial system is skewed in favour of the Rich. Firstly , since the offender is 17 Yrs old, he should be tried as an adult looking at the gravity of the crime. If a 17 Yr old can be gifted a Porsche, he should be considered mature enough.

If accused was dalit/minority/women He / she will be in Jail But his name is Agarwal We still follow Manusmriti
