His mother Savita Awadhiya says, “The system there is completely flawed because, one by one, everyone is getting bail. It has been almost two years, and my son still has not received justice. All the people who were inside (jail) are gradually being granted bail. It feels as if Agarwal had influenced people with money earlier, and perhaps even now he may have influenced the new judge because, Shivani Agarwal got bail, and all the doctors and others involved also gradually received bail. Pune Porsche Accident: Minor Driver's Bail Cancelled, Remanded To Observation Home After deliberating for two days after Pune Police filed a revision application against bail to the minor whose Porsche car killed two IT professionals in Kalyani Nagar, the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) today ordered to keep the 17-year-old child in conflict with law (CCL) in an observation home. He will be lodged there for 14 days till 5th June. There was heavy criticism from all quarters after the JJB's one-member bench had ordered to release the boy within 15 hours of the accident. The incident had taken place around 2.30 am on May 19 (Sunday) when the boy was returning after partying at two pubs in the Koregaon Park area. Dog owner initially arrested for murder given bail after fatal dog attack charge as victim named In court the 55-year-old was seen wiping away tears as the charges were being read out to him. This is after his dog bit another man on a local footpath following an altercation. He has been given bail and was spotted leaving court. The incident took place on Saturday afternoon on the old train line footpath off Blacker Lane in Calder Grove, Wakefield. James Judge, 55, was bitten and later died in hospital. A bite to the back of his right knee significantly contributed to his death the court was told. Lee Ellis, 55 faces charges of manslaughter and being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control that caused injury resulting in death. The German Shepherd remains in police kennels. Court heard there was a verbal row over right of way. Ellis, a local farrier, appeared at Bradford Magistrates’ Court today. He was bailed to appear at Leeds Crown Court next month on condition he sleeps every night at his home address.
