95 all the way. The new evas looks way too elastic and plastic to me. They look weightless while the old ones really feel giant mecha

I really dislike the tubby Rebuild Evas.

The dudes that actually knew how to illustrate shade/shadows has long since retired. It’s probably even worse since 2009.

Regarding the changes, while the enemy itself looked lame in 95’, the explosion and a big ash crater is better than just going splat, tweaking cgi, and a flood of cgi water.

As much as I adore 2.22, NGE is just so beautiful (the rebuild angels mog though)

Em questão de design prefiro os dois primeiros rebuilds, realmente se aproximam mais dos desenhos do Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, mas nos Evas em si, não é um CGI péssimo, mas caramba, ainda é bem pior que o original
