🍒 "I'm detoxing for my dopamine." Dopamine detox by reading. I need to bring my brain back from being addicted to pain and joy. Our brains are in pain these days. (It's been) one day. I need to cut down. I try, but it's hard... I try not to, but I find myself watching short videos. I read some books at the end of December, though—about four books. There's a Korean novel called Rapids. It's a romantic novel, and I really enjoyed reading it. What else did I read? Let's see! Oh, I read a comic book too. There's a comic book called DVD. I think I read it when I was in middle school. Or was it elementary school? Middle school? It was written by the author Chon Kye-young. A scene I like from it! When I was 8 or 9 years old, I had one teacher who noticed that I really liked history. We didn’t study history at all at the time: this only started in the fourth grade. So my teacher, Yonah, excused me from some of the other classes for an hour or two each week, took me to the school library, and gave me some history books. I would just sit there and read about the Romans and the Chinese and the Mongols and the Inca. It was fascinating. The books I read as a child had a huge impact on who I became as an adult. More recently, when I wrote 'Unstoppable Us', I felt like I was writing it for my younger self. This series has one key message for kids: the world in which we live didn’t have to be the way it is. People made it what it is. And people can change it. Books can transport us to other worlds at all ages, but perhaps even more so in our childhood. What a gift to be able to slow down and enter other, perhaps less noisy worlds once in a while. Happy International Children's Book Day. #InternationalChildrensBookDay #reading

We made it to the Forbes magazine cover! People are calling me an overnight success, but my journey started 10 years ago when I took my life’s biggest risk. After several months of studying day and night, I finally got into IIM Bangalore in 2014 for an MBA. My parents were very proud but then I took a major risk and decided not to go to IIM Bangalore, and instead focus on writing a book called Selfienomics which taught nutrition labels. I was young and idealistic, and I didn’t realize that most books don’t really make money. In fact, my book released in November 2016 (during the month of demonetization), and I barely made any money from the book. I struggled for many years after that, and ultimately decided that I should probably secure myself financially and I studied again for MBA entrance exams, and this time I got into Wharton School of Business. After Wharton, I worked at a high-paying job in the US for a few years. Then I took my 2nd biggest risk, where I left my job and US visa, and returned back to India to spread health literacy in India. After returning to India, my videos regarding food safety started finally gaining traction and after 8+ lawsuits, we made it to the Forbes cover. The end-goal is not to be on the Forbes cover though, the end-goal is to make 140 crore Indians health literate and help transform India from the diabetes capital to the health capital of the world!

I agree with Jay Dyer. Most people simply don't ready anymore. David Wood Dr. David Wood recently admitted that if a book is more than like 200 pages he wouldn't read it. Jay actually asked me for book recommendations prior to our debate and delayed the debate so that he could read a particular book before our debate. Here are some of the books I read in preparation for my debate with Jay. Admittedly, I haven't read every single page of these books. However, I've read many of them cover to cover and key parts in others that were related to our debate.

“i had the burden that if i didn’t grow up properly, my sisters wouldn’t grow up properly either. and from when i was in the second grade of elementary school, i would take my sisters to to the public bathhouses with the 3 of us, i washed all the dirt away because i didn’t want to waste money. since i was in elementary school, i did the laundry and dishes for my mom, and during summer vacation, i made sure to make them study ‘today, learn from here until here’. i felt a lot of pressure that i had to lead my sisters to grow up properly. that’s why when i see my sisters, they’re like daughters to me.”

🧸 at school, you had your friends…you got to play football during lunch time…that’s why i actually really liked going to school, it was really fun to me 🧸 3 years is a bit much but if you tell me to go back to middle school for a year…i think i could do it again but (in this scenario) the after school academy needs to not be there 🙅 i would just go to school and i need to be able to play after school 🧸 if that’s the case, i would really diligently go to school…in that case, i could even go for 3 years 🧸 my friends from back then need to be the same too

The board, as expected, didn't want me to read it, but 10 yeard olds can read it and view all of the pornography it propagates. Was it something I said? Or was it something I read? Go to to support the ERACED project and help me take my message around the country! A special thanks to for archiving all of the gender theory/queer theory/woke books in NC. PEP is an EPIC organization.

This book will be a bit different, since I could not FOR THE LIFE OF ME find the original book of thoughts and poems surrounding my first album. But I searched and I scrambled.
