Most Obsidian daily note setups get abandoned by Week 3! Not because the person is undisciplined. Because the system cost more attention than it returned. This build flips the ratio. Claude generates the morning brief from your vault before you open the note. The One Thing section forces a single prioritization decision rather than a list. Captures require zero structure or filing. End of day takes five minutes. A CLAUDE.md that contains the honest version of how you actually work and what derails you. The architecture that produces better days is built around who you actually are. This is the setup right here, bookmark it now! Follow NeilXbt for more Obsidian and Claude builds that solve the week three abandonment problem every other system ignores.

Okay, this is probably the best RAG UI I have ever seen. Just wow. I got a local version running in about 30 seconds with my existing Weaviate data. Here are some of the things I loved right away: 1) You can examine the raw data by collection 2) You can chat 3) You can see a tree for how the responses were generated 4) You can provide real-time feedback that can be used to train a model to improve the RAG workflow. 5) Still testing, but lots more! Well done Weaviate AI Database team!

The hard part of building is no longer writing code. Code is easy. Nobody wins by writing more code or doing it faster. If you want to win, you need better thinking. There are a ton of startups focusing on using AI to write more code. I think they are missing the plot. We need a mental shift. We need tools that help us think faster, make better decisions, and focus on the right problems. I want you to check out Atoms because they are doing exactly this. They don't focus on the code, but on helping you build the right structure: 1. It starts by deep-researching marketing insights 2. It turns that into an execution plan 3. It builds both frontend and backend 4. It helps with deployment, SEO, growth, and analytics More importantly, it specializes in the core components you need to build and sell software online: • Authentication flows • Stripe payments • Infrastructure Their goal here is not to be another autocomplete tool or a copilot to help you write software. Their goal is to become a "vibe business team" that helps you build a business from the ground up. Here is a link for you to check them out: Thanks to the team for helping me onboard on the platform and collaborating with me on the post.

The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 AGAINST President Trump’s EO limiting birthright citizenship from children of illegal immigrants Told you guys it was a steep mountain to climb… Trump knew this. Two options left: 1. What SHOULD HAPPEN— The better and more PERMANENT solution — a constitutional amendment (2/3 vote in both houses of Congress + ratification by at least 38 states). This is extremely difficult.. and ironically, such a legislative attempt exists right now — the Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 (H.R. 569), which seeks to redefine “subject to the jurisdiction” in statute. It was introduced in January 2025 and referred to committee but has not advanced significantly. 2. If the above fails, the only other way is the Military. President Trump, as the Commander in Chief has the duty to use the full force of the U.S. Military to take over.

If you want to hit the ball an extra 10-20y off the tee, this is how you do it 👇👇👇 What I'm doing here are some movements that will help me add at least 5-10mph of club head speed, which assuming middle face contact will result in more distance 1. Longer hand path 2. More rotation 3. Feeling the lead foot raise up There's many other things happening in this swing as a result, all of which you can learn about inside my academy where I have a full "Speed Training" course which gives you many different ways to add speed immediately Become a member & get access to the course right away 👊

The Road to Recovery: Understanding Burnout Healing Timelines TLDR: It takes about 2 years of diligent work to recover from burnout... but you can absolutely make it take longer... The burnout recovery timeline nobody tells you about... After struggling with burnout for almost a decade, I've finally mapped the real recovery journey. It's longer than most people think, but understanding these timelines saved my sanity. Mild burnout can resolve in about 6 months with proper rest. My first burnout took 4 months of doing absolutely nothing but playing video games before I started feeling better. Severe burnout? That's a 2-year journey with the right interventions. Without them, it can become permanent - I learned this the hard way when I still wasn't better after 3 years of "trying to recover." CFS or complete collapse is a 3-5 year road, sometimes with permanent changes. Each system in your body recovers at its own pace: Your gut might take 2 weeks to clear pathogens, but 6 months to heal damage and 2 years for complete microbiome restoration. Your adrenals respond to adaptogens within weeks, but need 2 years for full reconditioning as your brain physically remodels and stress hormones normalize. Your nervous system takes 2-4 weeks for initial stabilization, 3-6 months for improved vagal tone, and 1-2 years to reprogram anxiety responses. Your mitochondria (energy factories) recover fastest - noticeable improvement in 2-4 weeks, and major function returned in 2-3 months with proper support. Your immune system takes 1-3 months to begin reducing inflammation, 6-12 months to calm brain inflammation, and 18-24 months for complete balance. The #1 recovery killer? Impatience. I kept my burnout going by always pushing through, exercising harder, working more. Your body knows how to heal - you just need to create the right conditions and give it time.

Here's my conversation with Ezra Klein and Derek Thompson about their vision for the future of the Democratic party and left-wing politics in America, focusing on how to build more with less regulation, while maintaining progressive ideals. We discuss DOGE, Elon, Trump, AOC, Sam Harris, and detailed policies (especially around housing). I hope to talk to many more voices on the left, including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Barack Obama, and others. It's here on X in full, and is up everywhere else (see comment). Elon Musk revealed why he keeps working despite of his $800 billion net worth: 1. As a teenager, Musk had a full existential crisis trying to figure out the meaning of life. Religious texts did not convince him. So he turned to philosophy. Reading Schopenhauer and Nietzsche as a depressed teenager, he says, was a terrible idea. 2. Then he read Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and something shifted. Douglas Adams argued the real problem is not finding the answer to life. It is figuring out the right questions to ask in the first place. 3. In the book, Earth is a giant computer built to answer the meaning of life. It spends millions of years computing and delivers its answer. The answer is 42. The joke is that nobody knows what the question was. 4. That idea never left Musk. The universe is the answer. We just do not know what question it is answering. And to figure out the right question, you need a much bigger and more expansive consciousness than we currently have. 5. The more we can expand the scope and scale of consciousness, the better we can understand what questions to ask about the answer that is the universe. 6. This is why he wants more humans. More digital intelligence. More biological and artificial consciousness working together. Not for economic growth. Not for power. To collectively get better at asking the right questions. 7. This is why Mars matters to him. Not for the adventure. Not for the achievement. A single planet species is a single point of failure for consciousness itself. If something wipes out Earth, the question never gets asked. 8. "The more we can expand consciousness, become a multi-planet species, ultimately a multi-stellar species, we have a chance of figuring out what the hell is going on." 9. Everything he is building, the rockets, the AI, the robots, comes back to this one idea. He is not trying to get rich. He is trying to keep the candle of consciousness alive long enough to understand why it exists. 10. With $800 billion he could stop tomorrow. He does not stop because to him stopping would mean giving up on the only question that ever actually mattered. What is this all for and what are we supposed to be asking?

🇺🇸 NEURALINK’S 1ST PATIENT ALREADY DOING WHAT NO ONE THOUGHT POSSIBLE: CONTROLLING EVERYTHING BY THOUGHT Noland Arbaugh went deep on how his life has changed since receiving the Neuralink implant: - He can now play for 8+ hours straight using only his mind - Controls his PC faster than most able-bodied people with a mouse - Reads books, browses, games, texts, all at thought speed - "I'm constantly reading" segment was him explaining how the implant lets him consume information non-stop without physical limitations But the real bomb: "I'm more independent now than I was right after my injury. I don't have to ask for help with basic computer stuff anymore." This is only patient #1 with the first-gen implant. They're already on gen 2 with more electrodes, better range, and full FDA approval for wider trials. The man who couldn't move below his shoulders is now living a digital life better than most healthy people. Neuralink isn't "coming." It's already here, and it's winning. Is this really the 4th best spread or dip in the world? Guacamole was recently ranked as the 4th best sauce in the world, in my book, it’s a very close battle with hummus for that number one spot. Let me know which you would pick! I like to make my guac a mix of creamy but chunky, and also left out tomatos, which are typically in guac, so feel free to include them, and also make any substitutions you like to make your own version. This is usually the way I do it for an easy appetizer that i know people will like, especially in the summer. Another preference is temperature! I like my guacamole on the colder side, so make it with avocados straight out of the fridge and serve right away for best results. Ingredients: ✅3 large avocados ✅1 large handful fresh cilantro (about 1/3 cup finely chopped) ✅1/2 large red onion, finely diced (finely diced is key!) ✅1 jalapeno, finely diced (remove seeds if you dont want it spicy) ✅ 2 garlic cloves, minced (use fresh but jarred works, too) ✅1 lime ✅1/2 tsp cumin ✅2-3generous pinches salt Here is how I made it: 1.I prefer cold avocados so store them in the fridge for at least 2 hours prior to starting. 2.Grab a board or a bowl - i did this right on the board. Finely chop 1 large handful fresh cilantro which yields about 1/3 cup. the cilantro, add 1/2 finely diced large red onion 1 finely diced jalapeño (remove the seeds if you dont like it spicy!), and 2 freshly minced garlic cloves. 4.Grab your 3 large avocados, remove the skin and pit and add to the rest. 5.Squeeze the juice of 1 small lime. If you want more lime-y you can add more lime after you taste it later. 6.Add 1/2 tsp cumin, a couple generous pinches of salt, then mash using a fork or utensil. I like my guac on the chunkier side so mash lightly, but mash longer or shorter depending on your preference. 7.Enjoy immediately, with your favorite vessel If you make it, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS! . . . . . . #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #healthyrecipes #keto #healthyfoodshare

Finishing drives in Madden 26 becomes way easier when you use the right goal line run tricks 💥🏈 Stretch vs Goal Line: Stretch forces the defense to widen and creates easy cutback lanes, making it one of the most consistent runs inside the five. GL Sub Trick: Sub in 2 TEs + 1 HB (depending on formation) so your personnel matches the Goal Line 3 TE 2 HB package. This lets you audible to Goal Line and overpower almost any run defense. HB Sting is especially strong here. QB Sneak Trick: You can QB sneak against any 4 down linemen set in the game.
