#WATCH | On how NEET-UG 2026 paper leak was detected, whistle-blower in NEET UG 2026 paper alleged leak, Shashikant Suthar says, "After the exam on 3rd May and solving the paper for my students, I met a known person. This person showed me a PDF which had a few questions from Chemistry. When I matched those 45 questions from the PDF document to those mentioned in the NEET-UG paper, I was left shocked, as all 45 questions matched. We also asked a teacher to tally 90 Biology questions with those in NEET exam paper; those too matched. We approached NTA with the details, and they acted fast. CBI, SOG were also roped into the investigation."

Out of the three students, one student missed the bus in Magadi, which is in the opposite direction from where the Congress rally was taking place. Another student had brought an old hall ticket. One more student who was coming from RT Nagar also missed taking the exam. There is an SOP for the NEET students which was communicated to them. We had issued traffic advisories and a helpline for NEET. They need to ensure they cover up for Dharmendra Pradhan's mistakes. Why was there a need for a re-exam? Because there was a paper leak. Where were MP Tejasvi Surya and other MPs when the NEET paper leak happened? Even in Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat and MP, students missed the exam. We gave clear directions and guidelines. #WATCH | Delhi: On preparedness for NEET-PG 2026 exam, Dr Abhijath Sheth, Chairperson, NMC says, "...I must assure students that they should stay away from rumours, from agents and consultants as I assure the whole student community that exam will be taken in a very safe, secure and transparent manner and since it is a computer-based examination, a lot of objective tools are there. It is very unlikely that any problem should happen with the conduct of the examination. So, I assure to all students and my best wishes to all students for this forthcoming NEET-PG exam on 30th August on behalf of National Board of Examinations of Medical Sciences, NMC and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare." He also says, "Exam Committee's view was that by reducing 20 questions, the students will get at least half an hour more to solve 180 questions. So, that is the purpose of reducing the overall number of questions. So, rather than increasing the duration of exam, the exam committee thought that it will be better if they are given less questions in the same time..."

This isn't just incompetence but complete institutional failure. Modi Sarkar must revamp complete NTA & bugs must be fixed. Modi Sarkar must keep it among the top priorities.
