Reminds me of the mobile traffic cone I saw the other day. Midget was wearing orange. Standing in the middle of a road amongst the state flower. Essentially couldn't tell the difference.

Penn Station NYC. Anytime it gets cold the city brings out warming busses for the homeless. These busses are heated and normally food and drinks are provided. Most homeless New Yorkers refuse to enter the homeless shelters because they tell me they don't free safe . If you were homeless would you enter these busses to warm up ? Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee is launching a new pilot program to pay the homeless to clean up the areas around encampments So California lets the homeless trash the sidewalks, and now wants taxpayers to pay the homeless to clean up their own trash This would be similar to a program they have in Portland, Oregon where they hire people who have been homeless to do things like pick up litter. They are paid $20–$29 per hour Paying the homeless to clean up the sidewalks they trash only means they are going to create way more trash

Elon Musk Here's a great perspective for everyone on managing homelessness. Low barrier shelters is the most expensive form of shelter! Would you rather have it like LA? I highly doubt that. Maybe some billionaires could get together and provide housing for the homeless?
