20 years of this scene that quite literally traumatized a generation

pixar was mad crazy in the 2000s how u start off finding nemo and up leaving people in tears before the movie even really started 😭

i'm noticing a pattern that pixar likes sad openings because up has one too 😭

To this day I still think it was staged. I believe carol was having a affair with the barracuda and left marlin and took the kids with her.

It was the inside the Whale scene for me as a child

And then you understand why marlin is so strict with Nemo and it hurts even more when he’s captured

I just realized, he was right. It was staring at them. Had she would have listened to Marlin, they all would have been fine!

After that it all just went downhill smh..
