id make some of these clips into reaction clips but i feel like using bubble bass clips for anything would make it so that no one would take me seriously in the slightest LOL

For those not getting the context, Bubble Bass is attacking Patrick's in-universe TV show, not the out-of-universe show. They're literally parodying internet critics in general, not the show's critics.
