Its an easy explanation - it’s a housing bubble created by irresponsible Fed money printing and fiscal spending

I rent. My landlord bought the house I live in the year before I moved in for 220k. I have paid him over 200k in rent. He has done zero repairs or improvements. Has only been by once in 5+ years. He’s kicking me out to sell the place for 450k. Anybody who purchased pre 2020 came up a crazy amount.

$house coin fixes this

They said $2T money supply was printed and added during Covid, which was equivalent to all the money ever printed before it. Therefore, double in price.

Housing is crazy but in this case, the S&P 500 is up 2x in the same time period, not that crazy for house prices to keep up with the overall stock market.

It’s so easy. The purchasing power of the dollar is shot.

The internet allows for the false values of one location to freely move to another. It isn’t about what it is actually worth, it is what you can get for it from any market and by any means necessary. Regular people compete with corporations and house flippers for price.

My dad was a truck driver and my mom was an industrial machinist. We only got a house that big towards the middle of my teenagers All these young people don’t realize we all lived in tiny cardboard boxes and had two kids in every room .

Mass illegal alien migration, low levels of available housing, rabid inflation caused by the government and the Feds and Black Rock buying up single family homes in key markets. I don’t think it was a perfect storm because that would mean it was natural and a happenstance.

That house is $1.3 million on cape cod 😂
