Here's a recap; I lost my items in an Uber in a different country and have not been able to recover my stuff. @Uber_Support only responded late Sunday night, and has been silence since then. I still don't have my wallet, we are approaching 48 hours. How about that for a recap?

@UberEats Why check when there is no point if there is no customer service to support their users no reason to have the app or spend money on it if i can go to a different better app

@UberEats I was incorrectly charged 3 times for a single Uber Eats order on Dec 18. Total should be $54.71 CAD, but my bank shows $54.71 + $54.54 + $1.27 charges. (Card no.1859) Raised in-app, report on website, no response and doesn’t even have a hotline. Please resolve urgently.

@UberEats Uber eats WILL definitely steal your money at some pointand leave you hitting your head against some mysterious wall of "support experts" who cannot provide feedback, or resolve any issue of verification under 3 months, even though you verified 1 month before the issue starts?

@UberEats Uber Eats is terrible. The food is always cold, prices always jacked up over if you had the restaurant deliver and they short you on items frequently. Trying to get anything resolved is a joke. I think I need to cancel my Uber One membership, which is another sick joke.

@UberEats You advertise @CVS deals that aren't real. I spent 3 hours inside CVS on the phone with driver support agents trying to get the payment to work for my customers order. Custo didn't get the deal. Support told me I'd be paid extra for my time but all I got was $2 total for trip.

@UberEats Please refund people if you don't deliver food!

@UberEats Hi @UberEats, my order had missing items. Support denied a refund based only on a delivery photo, which doesn’t verify item accuracy. I provided proof but the case was closed. Can someone review?

@UberEats Easy to check.. which was the only delivery service that did not deliver my food but still charged me! That would be Uber Eats.. order if you are looking for bad service.

It is absolutely insane that I cannot cancel a order without being charged after the order arrival estimate keeps going up and up. I ordered EXPLICITLY because the uber estimated delivery time and max wait time was advertised as 30 mins BEFORE I placed the order. @uber_support
