Even if everything you say is true, Section 224 should be removed in the name of our national security. Israel should have the same access to American military technology as any other country we sell arms to.

This could give Israel unprecedented influence, eroding our ability to act independently. 2. Bypasses Congressional Oversight: Moves funding to hidden procurement contracts. Anyone that has dealt with military contracts knows how much money goes missing. The aid would be permanently shielded from public debate or conditions because it would be coming from our budget. 3. Enables Violations of U.S. Law: It fuses supply chains without Leahy Law provisions. It could force U.S. complicity if Israeli units violate human rights. 4. Creates a "Job Trap" for Congress: Allows Israeli firms to build U.S. factories, creating jobs that make it politically impossible for Congress to cut ties later. Just like the few Israeli factories we have in Alabama and Arkansas already. But on a larger scale 5. Despite the nonsense civilians and politicians like to Israel is a rival who has a history unlike any other country of stealing and selling weapons tech and secrets from us. Full integration would be hard to reverse almost impossible to reverse. This cedes U.S. leverage.
