This woman lives in a house with a landlord that nickels and dimes her for anything and everything. His latest way to make money off of her is installing a pay system to charge her for the washer and dryer that he already had in the home at the time she signed the lease. I don’t get how he can include it on the lease but then charge her for using it. When her lease is up she’s probably going to move out but for the time being would it be wise just to use a laundromat?

A few years ago Jessi asked me if I would be interested in being her next co-host for the Bardown Beauties Podcast. People have always asked me how that came to be and this is how. I knew of Jessi when I started working with the Wild, and interacted with her initially when I was a guest on the podcast and then she and Alexis were guests on the show I hosted for the Wild at the time. But, the first summer I spent working for DaBeauty League was where I went from knowing Jessi as a professional and got to know Jessi on an incredibly personal level. This was the stuff we did that summer. We talked about life, we had fun, and she signed herself up to get some of her hair shaved off. This is one of the videos I’ve watched over and over these last few days because this is where it really all started and I’m forever grateful for it.

Riviera is touted every year as the best course on the PGA Tour. But…it has a bizarre quirk. Jack. Tiger. Rory. Scottie. None have won here. Is Riviera really the best course on Tour if the winner seems a bit random? If the test never ends with the best players winning? Riviera is one of my favorite golf courses and one of my favorite places on earth. But why can’t the best win here? It’s not for lack of trying. They have played to dozens and dozens of times. My theory for recent times is that majors select for long hitters. Riviera selects for accurate hitters. This means the very best at the most important events (The Majors) aren’t necessarily the guys who should be the favorites at Riv. That said, Scottie will win at Riv. Book it.

How to set up the tee for a pitch down the middle, inside & outside. I see far too many athletes setting up incorrectly when doing tee work at my clinics and I see it from all ages. I can’t stress enough how important it is to have the tee in the correct spot. You can have the best swing in the world but if your contact point is off, it does you no good. For a pitch down the middle, you’ll want to make contact with the ball about even with your front foot in order to stay connected and hit for maximum power. Inside will be right outside of front foot and outside will be right inside of front foot. Letting the ball travel too deep will jam you and catching too far out front will force you to hit the ball off the end of the bat and roll over. So for those wanting to change swing mechanics so quickly for mishitting the ball, check your contact points first.

One of the reasons I’m drawn to #LMSY #AffairTheSeries Lookmhee: At that time, Sonya could have gone home since her part was already done, but she didn’t leave. She said she would wait for me. Then I started singing, and when I heard the guide vocal, it was Sonya’s voice. In fact, she didn’t have to sing the guide for me, but if it’s her voice, it’s easier for me to follow. At that moment, I felt touched and really appreciated that she sang for me. The second moment was when I texted her again on Line, asking why she didn’t go home, telling her to go since it was already late. She replied, ‘No, I will wait.’ And that was it, just one cute little animated sticker, and I started crying. Everyone outside was like, ‘Oh, is Mhee crying because the song is emotional?’ But no, I was crying because Sonya was waiting for me, and I’m grateful to my friend for being there.

Brian Windhorst and Bobby Marks believe Miami and GS are the two leading options for Giannis but believe Miami needs to acquire a 2027 1st 👀 Windy: The Heat are at a disadvantage because of the two picks they owe to OKC and CHA… The Miami Heat and the Golden State Warriors I believe are two important possible trade partners here… idk if Milwaukee will make a trade but I do think those are the two leading options… It has been explained to me that if the Miami Heat could somehow acquire a 2027 1st, that it could change the hand they’re holding Bobby: From a trade standpoint you’re looking at 2030 & 2032 as far as the most they can send in a deal.. This woman walked into this ice cream shop and ordered an ice cream cone. When they handed it to her she told them she couldn’t pay for it. 😳 The employees said she had to pay for it. She didn’t have any money. She asks them if they are going to call the cops. This male customer sitting there chimes in and says if they call the cops he will be a witness. The woman said she told them she wanted it for free but the man said that’s not true. He said he watched her the whole time. She tries to put it down on the countertop but the employee tells her don’t leave it there. So she walks over and throws it in the trash. The witness tells her “this is what entitlement looks like” as she walks out the door. Some people said why not just buy the ice cream for her, to have a heart, because you never know what someone is going through. Others said if she had asked the right way and told them up front she didn’t have any money then maybe they would have purchased it for her but to come in and order and THEN tell them you don’t have any money is just wrong. This wasn’t a steak or a burger or a meal, I could see buying her those things to help someone out that is hungry but an ice cream is not a necessity. No one owes anyone anything. What do you think? Should one of them have bought the ice cream for her, given it to her for free? Or do you think she was trying to get something for free and trying to take advantage of them?

Now we get into the part of the Oprah LieFest where #MeghanMarkle claims that press coverage made her want to end it all. She still insists she did not read her press coverage but she could “feel it” and her friends & mother were calling her crying saying “Meeeeg, they aren’t prooooreeecting you”. She says she went to “the Institution” asking to go away for help but was told “nope-not good for The Institution” and this is important-Oprah asks her if the Institution is one person or several-and Markle says very definitively “it’s one person”. So clearly, she’s referring to Queen Elizabeth. She realizes her error & tries to cover it up by saying “well it’s several people but I went to one of the most senior people”. Meghan Markle just accused the Queen of refusing her mental health treatment because it would look bad for the Queen. Unbelievable. This is abhorrent. There is NO WAY QE2 would have refused her pregnant granddaughter-in-law help, especially after all of the things she’s been thru with her family. This is so clearly an attempt at a Diana parallel -remember, Diana “begged the family for help” and was allegedly refused-Queen Elizabeth wasn’t going to repeat mistakes. Alya's response to fear makes her withdraw within herself. It takes her a while to process it and share it with Cihan. So, what some people call Alya's standoffishness (with Cihan) is actually the materialization of her anxiety. Vecepia's final confessional really encapsulates her game well. She doesn't get enough credit for her early shaping of strategy. "I hope that the jury will look at the way I played this game as very strategic, extremely decisive, in some parts deceiving....but when you look at some of the deceptive parts, they have put me in line to get to where I am and it was a great strategy." #Survivor #SurvivorMarquesas

Lebron on what it takes to play for as long as he has at a high level that the average fan may not understand: "It starts way before you get on the floor. They see us once the game is going the popcorn's been popped and the lights are brighter. It takes so much more like sacrifice and discipline and things over the course if you want to be really great at this and if you want to do it for a long period of time. It's so many hours that you got to commit to it. There's so many things that you maybe want to do that you can't if you want to be great but everybody's journey is different. I'm just speaking from my journey but I do think that the game gives back to the ones who put the time in and commit to the game. That's just the game God's rewarding and we don't cheat the process"

This little girl has been coming to this neighbor’s house and trashing her stuff. She pulls out her water hose, knocks over her planters, but one day, the neighbor is home and follows her to her house. As the little girl’s mom stands outside with her daughter, it’s the neighbor making her apologize. Why isn’t the mother making her? The mother didn’t even apologize and she’s standing there fixing her daughter’s hair. I think the neighbor handled it as well as can be. She was very polite. Ms. Destiny is a lovely lady and an angel. But something is off with the little girl. The mother seems off as well. Something isn’t right at that house. Some are suggesting that she call the police just to check in on the situation at their home. What do you think? Does it seem off? Would you call the police out of concern?

I’m proud of the progress this Rayce Rudeen Foundation team is making right now. We didn’t qualify as well as we wanted at the #Vegas4WideNats, but, with the Four-Wide, I don’t feel it is that important for eliminations. We were runner-up in the first quad (four cars) on a tie (time) and then, we outright won the next round and that makes us feel like we are gaining on it. I told the team that we are way ahead of where we were last week at Phoenix. And that was way ahead of the runs at Gainesville and Pomona. I feel like the team is doing a great job improving with each race, and we are in the window that we can make some small adjustments and pick speed. I think the crew is a little dejected with the final, but from the boss’ perspective, I can see us gaining on it. And we made great progress in just a week. I like seeing them pout a bit right now because of losing, but I’ll get them smiling again and ready for Charlotte. We will focus on the positive moving forward. 🎥 Las Vegas Motor Speedway

For all those excited for the $14,000 Toyota Hilux Champ coming to America… I got some bad news for you. First off it won’t be $14k especially after all of the mandatory emissions and safety features. But even if it was, most of you won’t fit. I’m a big boy, I know, but I can still squeeze in. The people is, even at 5’10” my legs are already too long to operate the brakes and clutch comfortably. So Women and Short Kings for the win on this one. But for you big ass country folk saying you’d buy one, your ass ain’t fitting. 🇺🇸
