I grew up surfing and this is nonsense. No one is paying triple the cost of a board to get the wax stripped and rewaxed. In fact I have never heard of anyone paying to strip a board. Put it in the sun to soften up the wax and scrap it. This is rage bait for those that know.

This is complete bullshit...even for California standards. It should cost anywhere from 15 to 25.00 to clean the wax off a board. You can go to Santa Cruz and find shops that will tell you how to clean your board, or the tools to use, or clean it for you for 25.00 max.

ill de-wax a board for 40 bucks, takes a plastic scraper and a heat gun, its really easy to do in like 10 minutes
